Friendly staff at the Bakersfield location. HOWEVER, the staff at the SLO airport was not friendly. He was passive aggressive when I forgot to bring in the mileage. He said, "Well, I told you in my voicemail message to bring it in so I didn't have to walk out to get it," which was rude. Customers are people with busy lives, too. Mistakes happen. They did not have a car available when I arrived for my scheduled pick up. They did not attempt to help resolve the matter in any way. They treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by asking to speak with a manager, told me that the manager was not available, and refused to give me a contact number.
