Unhappy TouristPros:I got a free upgrade. it rode nice.Cons:The car was unclean, sand all over the place. The front tires were bald. The key fab only unlocked the vehicle. Minor cosmetic damage all around the vehicle.Reviewed 1 Aug 2018

They do not honor reservations/ rental confirmatioPros:Drop off/Pick up location is exceptionally convenientCons:they did not have a car in stock when I arrived. Same problem for at least 5 other people on my flight. Was able to get one the next day but only because several other people canceled. I needed an SUV and had rented one online with a confirmation, but I was luck to get an economy car as they originally had nothing in inventory and told me I'd be without a car my entire stay.Reviewed 28 Feb 2017
