Pickup was quick and easy. No nonsense fees and very straightforward. Thank you for that. Wish our car was a bit cleaner and in better shape, but it is a rental by the beach and gets beaten up. Overall happy with our car and it did the job. Will rent again from Alamo.Reviewed 25 Mar 2023

When we arrived and tried to call for the courtesy van, the message said the office was closed. That was very upsetting. Thank goodness the courtesy van showed up just the same. It seems the main office, which regulates the phone, has not bothered to update the message. Otherwise, the local office employees were great. When I booked, it said Alamo was INSIDE THE TERMINAL. It is not, and I wanted to have a rental company right in the terminal because I had a small child with me. Getting him on and off the shuttle was rough.Reviewed 17 Oct 2021
