When we arrived to pick up our car, there were no cars available and they didnt know when we would get one. The person said maybe tomorrow? So we had to start our drive up the coast 15 hours later than we wanted, and had to go back to the airport again, though Avis did footbthe bill for the cabs.10.0 Wonderful

Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.Cons:
