Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transportation. Many also appreciate the friendliness of the staff. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of bed bugs and poor room maintenance. Noise from the street and within the hotel is frequently mentioned as a problem, and several guests find the rooms to be small and cramped. Overall, while the location is a highlight, issues with cleanliness, noise, and room size detract from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
