Big mistake made good elsewhere.Pros:They said they would refund the cab ride from and to the airport with proper receipts, and they did.Cons:My plane was late and I am not from where I needed the car. I was told the system was down for maintenance (at 11 pm?) and they would not be able to give me a car - they did not expect the system to come back up for 3 hours. In other words, I had to find my own way to my hotel and back again the next day to pick up the car once the system was up. No company runs maintenance at that hour! The guy behind the desk was, in my opinion, a bit too glib about the situation and offered no help. I was quite disturbed by his attitude! It was not easy to find a cab at that hour.Reviewed 27 May 2017

Not a great experienceCons:I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get the car and ended up not getting the type of car I paid for. I mentioned this to the agent and she basically told me there was nothing she could do. Upon return, it was not clear at all where to return.Reviewed 11 Apr 2017

DirtyPros:The car was dependable and got good mileage, and for the most part was comfortable.Cons:The car was really dirty, smelled like smoke, the windshield inside and out looked like it had never been cleaned. The inside of the windshield was smeared. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, then my wife found a cigarette on the back seat.Reviewed 10 Apr 2017
