Cons:They Don't answer the phone in Tallahassee. Our flight was delayed, we called repeatedly to let then know. They ended up giving our car to someone else. Hope we get our money back. We had to make other arrangements to get to our destination.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:When I arrived to pick up the car - they informed me there was no car available - and since I had estimated to pick up the car at 1:00 pm and arrived at 4 - they informed me there was no car for me So, I was stranded in Tallahasse and had to return to the airport to rent a budget car for $485Cons:They could have found a car for me - except they seemed to care less and I was on my own.
