Pros:Very efficient staff—I was in my car in less than 5 min from arriving at the counterCons:I wanted a compact car, but the key to it was misplaced so I was given a “free upgrade” to an SUV. It was a definite upgrade in car, but as the city I was driving in had narrow streets and park places, I was wishing I had the compact instead. Really think twice about accepting an alternate class of car and if it will suit your needs as well.Reviewed 18 Nov 2019

Pros:Arrangements made ahead of time were all right at pick up. Fairly quick pick up, quite straight forward. Super easy drop off.Cons:Would have preferred to pick a car from a few choices. The car was fine, economical on fuel but a little low to the ground for a few passengers.Reviewed 18 Sep 2019

Cons:under 25, I was tending to rent a suv and It was ok to do online. However, they said no when I was ready to pick up the car . I wish they can inform me early about not allowing people to rent a SUV who under 25before I am ready to drive the car.Reviewed 3 Sep 2019

Cons:The vehicle had garbage in it when picked up. Pickup was unpleasant. Despite specifically booking the vehicle, the agent tried to upsell us on a different vehicle which was not suitable to our needs. When we declined, he seemed personally offended and was difficult for the rest of the interaction.Reviewed 1 Jul 2019
