Pros: Bed extra comfy. Staff was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of.

Cons: The shower head was small, and they did not supply bubble bath soap for the tub.

Pros: Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Bartender fun and friendly, drinks good food not so much. Beds very comfortable with lovely linens

Cons: Jacuzzi might be a nice addition to Sauna area. At this price, a breakfast would have been appreciated.

Pros: Absolutely AMAZING. My partner and I felt so welcomed and pampered during our visit. Due to many outside appointments canceled, we had to reschedule when we were leaving Vancouver. The Wedgewood hotel was incredibly accommodating of our needs, making sure we were able to be flexible with our check out time.

Pros: Enjoyed our suite with soaking tub, excellent food and staff . The location was also good , a reasonable walk to the exclusive shops in the waterfront area.

Cons: 1-Valet parking turned out to be a bad experience. We gave the keys to the valet for parking Sunday PM and when they went to retrieve it the following Tuesday AM from their parking facility, someone had shattered the driver side door window in an attempt to get Break in, despite “security cameras and limited access “. Also a 2nd vehicle experienced the same issue 2 spaces over from ours, don’t know if it was a hotel guest or not and don’t know if the area is public or not. The hotel does not take responsibility for vandalism, The management did go out of their way and was gracious in assisting with the inconvenience, That said, I had to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Be warned that this could have happened at any of the 5 star hotels in the area with a similar valet setups and outcomes . ( according to local police, vehicle breakins are not uncommon for cars with “out of province plates”). Hotels don’t take responsibility for your vehicle unless it is a direct result of the valets negligence . Seems to me, if we must pay for valet, they should be responsible/obligated to keep our cars safe while it is in their care. 2- a minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection that was not very good in our room, 2-3 bars out of 4.

Pros: Bed was really comfortable, and location was good. The hotel also has a nice lounge / restaurant with live music in the evenings.

Cons: Room decor is a bit dated - may not be to everyone's liking.

Cons: Staff a restaurant. Tipped hot wax on me and ruined my clothes. No effort to resolve just a insincere sorry! First night of my honeymoon and ruined jeans and too, not happy.

Pros: Luxury and class without pretense, the Wedgewood made me feel welcome even while wearing jeans and chasing my rambunctious kids through the lobby.

Pros: Everything. From the most helpful and friendly staff, all of them, to the attention of waiters, bartenders, up to the Manager who stopped to chat while having breakfast. The room was large and well furnished.

Pros: The location is excellent. The service was first class. The restaurant 'Bacchus' was also excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Our room was very comfortable &the hotel location was ideal for getting around Vancouver. Meals in dining room were v expensive, especially breakfast & frankly I've had better hash browns at MacDonalds. We had a comparable breakfast at a similar hotel in Seattle that was 25% cheaper & and of better quality by far. I just hate to be taken advantage of in that way. The box of chocolates I received for staying didn't make up for poor food at an outrageous price - even if this is a luxury hotel.

Cons: The hotel offered a free breakfast, but there was confusion with the on line booking. The offer system should be clarified. With other hotels offering a free breakfast i.e. Opus Hotel, the on line booking for the coupon was much simpler.The Hotel did honour the free breakfast.

Cons: The 2 of the restaurant staff could be a little on the snooty side!

Pros: A truly great boutique hotel in an excellent downtown location.We usually prefer to dine out at night,but could not resist the lure of the wonderful atmosphere & superb food in house.I suspect all staff are highly trained in delivering excellent customer care & certainly they deliver it.The Wedgewood was a wonderful experience over the four nights we spent there.

Cons: We were given a terribly noisy (and I mean noisy) jr suite on the 7th floor. I asked to be moved. The front desk said they would look into it. A few hours later, I had to grovel to get a room change and then they charged me more. Ask for the front of the hotel if you go and even that isn't quiet. The rooms are clean and large but there is only one service a day and for a luxury hotel the service should be better.

Pros: The location, and in particular the atmosphere in the bar. As great for breakfast as it was for a nightcap after dinner.

Cons: I have had better continental breakfasts - but the a la carte was fabulous. We did not have dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Pros: So many things to love. We were allowed to check in early after arriving at 0700 and getting off a stupidly long flight from Brisbane. The accomodation is in the perfect location. Close to shops; awesome cafe in the same building (OMG the coffee rivals the stuff we enjoy in Australia, and the. croissants are incredible); there's a rental bike shop around the corner to ride around the parks and down to the food markets; you can stroll down to the waters edge. So good. We loved it.

Pros: Our experience there was exceptional! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was gorgeous and we received a free upgrade. We would definitely go back. Vancouver is a great city with something for everyone.

Pros: Everything was delightful, except for figuring out the parking, which was also expensive, as all downtown parking is. Perfect location, lovely staff, extremely comfortable rooms. And to think we almost stayed at the Four Seasons!

Pros: Outstanding customer service from staff at all access points. I also appreciated that while they do have an award-winning fine dining restaurant, there was also a more cost-effective cafe within the hotel for more simple breakfast and lunch options. The location is a plus; we have stayed at other hotels closer to the water but we wanted to be further in the heart of downtown to be closer to art gallery & shopping; Rosewood Hotel Georgia was perfect. Thank you Kayak for making luxury a little more affordable!
