Our dinner at five sails was great
No choice given for breakfast. False advertising regarding mini bars. They need to let guests know how covid will affect their stay at the hotel. Update website regarding limited menu items they have to offer.
Exceptional location with amazing ocean views! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable- would highly recommend the Pan Pacific Vancouver.
COVID-19 made the experience a bit awkward but the staff and hotel did their absolute best given the circumstances
The corner room with a view was fantastic!!
Understandable with the times, but I missed being able to sit in the hot tub looking out at the city
