Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests were disappointed by extra charges for amenities such as kitchen use, parking, and pet fees, and some felt the value for price was lacking. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, with a few complaints about dirty rooms or facilities. Overall, the location and staff were the main positives, while additional fees and some maintenance issues were drawbacks.
