Overall very nice. Concierge was great
Trash cans too small. No room in fridge for own drinks.
Friendly staff, excellent room
bar and restaurant facilities too formal. Additional comfortable seating in a quite area would be better
It was centrally located
breakfast was not good. it is difficult to spoil avocado toast but they managed. The room provided was absolutely small, more than half was taken by corridors. Only after I paid upgrade they gave me a normal room.
I liked the large shower and the heated floor in the bathroom. the many concierge's in the lobby helped us as tourists get from one place to another. the lobby was beautiful. convenient location....chocolate store next door, Tim Hortons, drug store and mall all near by.
the beds were deep queens and the sheets on the beds were too small to tuck in under the mattress. there was only one towel hook in the bathroom. where I am supposed to hang the other wet towels? it was odd that the check in desk was on the second floor and not the lobby.
