It was comfortable and conveniently located
We had to call front desk to get our room cleaned. We arrived back at the hotel at 5.30pm and nobody had come to clean our room and didn’t have the light on to not clean the room
Extremely difficult to stop at during Vancouver traffic.
Small rooms, pushy valet staff and noisy late night guests.
Staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel near Canada Place, bus and airtrain lines. Also in close proximity of good restaurants.
Facilities updated and clean
A very comfortable room. The complimentary snacks and drinks were very welcome. Ideally situated for a pre-cruise stay.
We don't like the American idea of holding out a hand for tips all the time. We are adults and are perfectly capable of switching lights on and flushing toilets without instruction from 2 porters.
Location and cleanliness
Room had weird layout, but was still beautiful and comfortable. Rooms need chairs.
