we did not have breakfast as the hotel was still on strike and had no room service. The door concierge (Mark Finn) was very welcoming, and was very helpful with our special requests.
The large crowds at the entrance due to the work strike. and the loud banging of the drums.
I would like to thanks Mr AHMED
Joseph and Gerard were so accommodating, they made us feel like special family. Sent us to wonderful restaurants and helped us find our way around the city. The only hiccup was a strike started the day we checked out, so things were a little chaotic. Everyone still kept things running as smoothly as they could.
The room had a bit of street noises
no tv service
Waking up at 7:00 am to the sound of staff on strike right underneath our window... Instead of a complimentary newspaper we got a leaflet from the CUPE about the strike going on. When one pays $600+for a room you expect the staff being treated fairly. Other than that, it was amazing...
