Comfortable room and nice amenities.
Room service was terrible. Number for room service went to voicemail. Had to call the front desk who took my order. Burger was not great. Dry and tough.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent. Rooms very comfortable. Spa was absolutely perfect.
Only issue was the staff striking outside.
Great mattress, great location, and the staff that was there were great. I think they did feel bad about the limited services. The hotel is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it once the full services are reinstated.
There was a labor strike that affected the hotel staff. There was no daily housekeeping nor room service. We had no daily maid service and to call each time we needed clean towels or soap. Also the hotel bar and restaurant were also closed. Fortunately there was another restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. Also, I guess due to the strike, they wouldn’t let me take a picture of my wife in front of the lobby fireplace. My wife was perturbed. I think it would have been a nice jesture on the hotel’s part if they offered some discount or other token of compensation....didn’t happen
Perfect location. Great in- house facilities. Extra bonus was the upgraded room. Totally unexpected for the inconvenience of the strike action. My early check- in and late check- out was also facilitated.
Strike action happening right at the front door where one exits the hotel.
