The staff was so helpful. Everyone there went out of their way. Great place
Great ambiance , good location. , excellent service
Everything was amazing, I can't wait to go back!
Nothing. Everything was great
A definite stay while in Vancouver
Very friendly staff, very customer oriented. Clean, nice rooms/suites. Great location right downtown.
Just a little mold on the grout in the bathroom.
This hotel is wonderful.
Staff was so nice, car to take us to dinner, beds very comfortable, big bathrooms, luxurious robes.
A comfortable, welcome surprise
I was in Vancouver for one night for an early AM meeting. I had a long day of work and travel before checking in and the staff made me feel immediately welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I regret not having more than a few hours to take advantage of this property.
No cons to report
Extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated service. Unfortunately, we were in and out quickly for an early flight, but everyone was terrific in getting us checked in, fed, and out the door to the airport on time.
We arrived early in the morning from a cruise ship. The staff was so welcoming. We knew at 9am a room would not be available...so we went off to explore Vancouver. 30 minutes later we had a cell phone call that our beautiful room was available. I don't want to rant...on and on...so all I will say as a previous owner of a meeting planning company that needed to book high end hotels for my VIPS...this is a very classy and comfortable property at a wonderful rate. WE WILL STAY HERE OUR NEXT VISIT TO VANCOUVER. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The staff was very professional and friendly. Very classy overall feel to the style of the hotel. Their was nothing I disliked about our stay. Would definately stay here again.
The room huge, staff caring, hotel conveniently located in downtown, and awesome.
Busy street during day because of near by building construction but not really an issue. Still quiet in room!
Wonderful hotel at any price
Great location. Beautiful room including living area and outdoor patio (had a fifth floor corner room with two walls of window). Incredibly efficient and friendly staff. Surprising inexpensive.
There was construction going on across the street. No fault of the hotel but did make for a mixed view. Shows that the city is bustling and the concierge immediate apologized to each new guest instead of making excuses for it.
n'espresso maker in room. big tub. fireplace in room. saltwater pool and hot tub open year round. awesome concierge. housekeeping noticed I'd bought a bottle of scotch and proactively left me proper highball glasses for it!
not really any view
