Cons:Had to cancel the rental, with a lot of hassle because the rental counter was not open late enough. Staff to change rental was not helpful. not able to contact the local desk directly, which was a pain!!! will not be renting with you againReviewed 23 May 2021

Pros:staff very friendly and helpful, made the process very quick and didn't waste any time.Cons:the only major issue was that one of the tires of the car was severely underpressurized, and I noticed this several hours into my trip - had I not taken care of it myself, the trip could have been held up by a flat or even worse an accident could have occurred.Reviewed 18 Mar 2021
