|Top route||Male to Colombo Bandaranaike Intl|
|Top airport||Colombo Bandaranaike Intl|
Terrible experience. Unexpected wait due to staff delay was not taken proper care. Food inflight could be better where as flight attendees on flight hospitality was 100%
Aircraft used fir this route was pretty old. Seats 💺 were hard & difficult to reclaim although it was flat bed
Because of the bubble agreement b/w India and Srilanka, I was not allowed to board the flight to Columbo. My experience about airport representatives was good. They were through in their job and saved my family from getting stuck in Columbo (as I would not be able to fly to Doha because of bubble agreement). So by their prompt attention, such a catastrophe was avoided. For this reason, even without flying with them, I would rate them 7/10.
I changed the flight, there was restriction from srilanka to india - airline is not allowing me to board with that ticket, i changed the ticket for my travel. Thanks!
Pros: The crew

Cons: UNCOMFORTABLE SEAT IS BUSINESS CLASS, VERY OLD AIRCRAFT. LAZY CREW, ASKE FOR A BLANKET AND TOOK 2 HRS TO GET ONE ONA 4 HR FLIGHT
Okay but not great.
Pros: Staff were very friendly apart from the check in guy (Saudi) I assume. Food was okish, Seating was average.
Cons: Plane had an awful smell upon entry. This was on both legs of the journey.
Pros: I bid for an upgrade on the 2nd leg so business was much better. The lady serving in business was very nice.
Cons: This leg was pretty much ok. Took an hour + to receive my baggage.
Pros: Crew was welcoming and considerate. Breakfast food selection was good and tasty. Entertainment system is great.
Cons: Old old plane with the most uncomfortable seats - hard lumbar and head support. Good leg room. It was a 3.5 hour flight, so it was manageable. Had to use my next pillow during hour 3.
Pros: Crew was amazing
Cons: Seat was very uncomfortable
Pros: It's not horrible; just not up to world class standards of Singapore, Virgin, Emirates, United, or top airlines.
Cons: Business Class: You have to place your order for all food and drink at the start of the flight because the flight attendant disappears after serving. Want a refill of wine? Tough bananas. Forget to order dessert? You're out of luck.
Cons: Need better training.
Pros: The food was really good. Had the chicken sausage with pasta and mushroom.
Cons: After travelling from the Maldives and our final flight home from Melbourne to Brisbane, several people had their luggage sopping wet due to rain at Melbourne. Everything inside the luggage was wet. Qantas Customer Service was not empathetic. They said it was only water and bad luck.
Pros: In row 27 window seat. Had a great view of the Maldives.
Cons: The entertainment.
Cons: Free internet
Pros: Crews were nice
Cons: Better movies and free internet in flight
Cons: The OnAir WiFi should hv been free like Emirates for Loyalty members Better movies & other in flight entertainment
Pros: Boarding on time
Cons: Better onboard service
Pros: Everything was great!
Pros: Crew was excellent as always with the Sri Lankan hospitality.
Cons: It was an old aircraft and felt dirty. Screens, seats, lavatories, everything was old. There were some really loud and rude passengers behind us causing disruption to everyone around. The crew tried to handle it but the passengers were just not cooperating.
Pros: Crew was great. Lots of leg room
Cons: Many screens weren't working properly
