All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for Sienna, with the bus stop over the road and bus tickets from the front desk for €1. Not quite so good: The breakfast was limited, with no hot food. But the coffee was freshly made and very good. There were no Tea/Coffee facilities in the room and no bar or restaurant in the Hotel. There was however an excellent restaurant next door, so all in all I can recommend this Hotel, especially for exploring Tuscany.

Pros: The hotel is set in a large landscaped site next to a main road. We had a large airy room looking out on a quiet lawn area with powerful air-conditioning, very good bathroom and excellent Wifi in the room. Breakfast was a typical Italian affair with lots of sweet things. Overall excellent value for money.

Pros: We were thrilled with this hotel, and found Guglia particularly helpful and friendly! It was the most comfortable hotel of our long week-end (four hotel nights in three places), and had a fabulous shower. The breakfast was wonderful, and the proximity to the Siena historical center was a dream (we did have a car, but I think we could also have walked). It had everything we wanted, including free in-room internet and a place to deposit our car. We would absolutely stay again and will recommend it.
