Pros: The best location with the most amazing view from the room. Really spacious and comfortable room with really nice bathroom. Breakfast was really good an served in our room which was so nice. Such good value. Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is quite simply amazing! The room is amazing, the view spectacular and the whole ambience is heaven. Put simply, my all time favourite hotel or b and b. I heartily recommend and if you want a piece of heaven then stay here.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Central location with views on the main square (buon governo room) and the good overall furniture.
Cons: Breakfast is not at par with the rest of the offering: very standard and basic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and decor excellent. Owner very friendly and polite. Always helpful.
Cons: Noise outside. Breakfast could have been more varied.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room overlooking the piazza. Very clean, comfortable room.
Cons: No milk for the drinks in the room. We asked the receptionist to book a taxi to the station in the morning but she couldn’t get one and we subsequently missed our train. She didn’t seem that bothered and said they were all busy and gave us poor directions to the taxi rank. I asked her to book the taxi at 8am but she hadn’t done it as she only started ringing for one when we went to reception at half 8. Apart from this the stay had been very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, a true gem!!!!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place, and I'm looking forward to staying again. The location is amazing, and the common room with terrace has one of the best views I've ever enjoyed. The honour bar is a great touch, and there's a lovely wine shop across the street, so you can grab a bottle there and enjoy it on the terrace. Staff is amazing -- so friendly, and very helpful for things like restaurant reservations. The rooms are great; very traditional feel, but with very comfortable amenities. Breakfast very nice.
Cons: The parking situation isn't so clear, so just be forewarned about how to access the hotel and then find the parking lot (which is about a 5 minute walk away).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Most amazing view of the city. Beautiful patio.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, amazing hotel, rich breakfast and wonderful view. Our favourite hotel in Siena :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful time. The view from our patio was amazing and it was large enough so that we could relax and enjoy it properly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We would love to go back.
Cons: We liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good communication prior to arriving and during stay, lovely setting and beautiful balcony!
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as described and more, but the truly exceptional aspects of my stay were the staff, particularly Maria Luisa and the magnificent view, both from my room and the breakfast terrace. I received a complimentary upgrade as I was the only guest for most of my stay during this low season period. Very clean and attention to important details. Nice toiletries, complimentary bottled water and fruit. Housekeeping was spotless and assistance with restaurants, even to suggestions for menu selection were spot on. This was a very memorable stay for me.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Italy is one of the best country to visit, Siena is beautiful and Campo reggio is Fabulous. The breakfast was terrific, lots of healthy options.
Cons: There was only cold milk which made the coffee even colder than it was. If you order a cappucino it's not a problem but warm milf for coffee would add to a place that was filled with special touches and attention to details.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. Perfect location. Perfect and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lovely views. Easy walking distance to all the sights. Was fantastic to stay in the old city. Siena is beautiful . Driving to accomodation was easy . Car parking was made easier by arranging valet parking. We were picked up and taken to car on departure. Would highly recommend staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved it all, the excellent service, nice rooms and especially the terrace of the place, where you could have your breakfast looking the Duomo. This was our second time here and we are looking for the next. The honesty Bar is something special these days.
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all.

Cons: Lovely staff that give us full of advises.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, short bus ride to center of town. Grounds were beautiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was basic and fine. Location is a bit far from the old town but there excellent bus service to be used.
Cons: all fine!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Jacamo and Lorenzo were so welcoming and helpful. They made our touring of Tuscany a highlight of our month long trip.
Cons: I didn't like the right corner of the gate facing out toward traffic and because of its historical designation it can't be modified. It took out my right rear door panel and undercarriage. Be advised: Pullout into the left hand on coming traffic when clear to avoid this mishap. Do NOT cut sharply left or right when making a turn. Pull straight out till you are clear of the gate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and very confortable and the stuff was amazing and profesional. They have parking inside and just need to walk for a 10/15 minutes to get the city center.
Cons: Anything to say, was perfect.

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a really nice environment.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location on a green hill, very good room, very good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked this hotel, it was outside the city and quite in the evenings. Beautiful grounds and right near the grocery store. Breakfast was great and they made omelettes by request. Would recommend
Cons: Nothing really, but walking up the hill towards the hotel was uncomfortable at times, but it's like three minutes and you dont need a car.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning setting. Quiet, clean, beautiful. Great location and easy walk to town. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Great breakfast!
Cons: It was perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Only had a few hours to spend in Siena, but breakfast was delicious and the staff was happy to go above any beyond. Even got a glass of wine for my birthday. Wish I could have stayed a few more nights. Cheers!
Cons: It took a few minutes to walk in to the city center so if proximity to the piazza is your thing, that's something to think about. Having said that, it was a beautiful property and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful. Elegant, clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The breakfast is great. The staff were highly responsive and helped us in planning our trip for the better. They suggested us some great restaurants and gave us pointers for nearby towns as well. Highly recommend this place for those who have a car.
Cons: For those who don't have a car, it might be a cumbersome walk to and from town centre. Cabs are available for return though.
7.0 Good
Pros: The two bedroom apartment we rented was pleasant, with a nice view of the property which is in a natural setting on the outskirts of Siena that requires a drive to the old city. There is a pool which might make it a good place to stay in the summer.
Cons: We booked the afternoon of December 25th and I tried to cancel the morning of the 26th due to mourning a death in the family that I explained, and despite that the hotel would not make an exception to their cancellation policy and wanted to charge the full price of our booking. After much back and forth, they offered a reduction of 40 euros and said we would use the rest as a credit in 2020. I advised that we do not travel to Europe and to the Siena area each year, and so the credit was not a viable option. No compassion and the hotel was full, so it was certainly not because the hotel would suffer an economic hardship. Extremely disappointing. The hotel also requires that you do any dishes before leaving and there was a line and wait to check out.

Pros: The location was excellent, the view of Siena from the roof terrace was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, a very pleasant stay.
Cons: The room for breakfast was small given the number of rooms, not all people could be seated at once and it was quite difficult to get between the tables. The food was good and the coffee fresh, it was just the seating and size of the room.

He really listens to you - and remembers your request - and follows up on it! Breakfast was great! They have hot - and cold - and the staff was quick to refill. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station because there is a covered escalator/travelator, that you can access from the mall across the train station, up to the town! All the main sights are within walking distance. And if you decide to make Sienna as your base to explore other nearby towns, the trains and buses are convenient.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything is great. The owner is very nice and explained us everything about the city. Breakfast was good. The location is good if you are with a car, it's just some minutes driving to Siena. However, it's not optimal if you're not travelling by car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We prefered to stay a bit out of Siena, park a car and use public transport to the city - and got it all here. The acommodation is 3 km out of city centre, there is a direct bus to Siena (1.50 euro), which takes 10-15 min and goes every 15 min to the city and back. Very convinient and easy! The room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is fantastic, very rich, the host was superfriendly, he gave us plenty of useful information - where to eat, take a bus, buy a ticket, what to see in Siena, he recommended us also some trips - which we enjoyed a lot! Parking is basically in front of the house. A short walk from the appartment (2 min) is a very nice restaurant with good food. Highly recommend it!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabio is a great host. He's very friendly and gave us a lot of good tips about Siena and cities neaby. Amazing breakfast with a lot of variety! The best cappuccino I had in Italy!
Cons: The bathroom could be a little cleaner.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place. easy access to siena. owner very helpful with english spoken.
6.7 Good
Pros: Landlord is really likeable an friendly!! Breakfast was there, you can get feed up and start the day but nothing special. Good location to travel arround.
Cons: Picture are a bit missleading in regard of the chambers size, at least two of them are quite small. Rooms are not very clean. Looking behind the beds and desks you will find lot of cobweb, etc - at least it was so in room 2. Cobwebs can be found also on the walls. Shower cabins yellowed - some guests might have a problem herewith. toilets are clean. Unfortunable very poorly soundproofed, 2 nights contiunuously hearing the snoring from the next room and that can be really annoying. No fly net (ony in bathroom), you are still on contry side and opening windows you might deal with a lot of uninvited guests. I am asking myself how big an investment might be to install some of those fly nets, which would be really helpful to the paying guests.

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel. Renovated villa. Spectacular views of the valley

Cons: Lovely staff that give us full of advises.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel with quick access to the beautiful town which is like a 10 mins walk.
Cons: They should update their location in Google maps as it led us in the wrong direction many times!!

Pros: Everything! Great welcome, beautiful place with amazing "postcard " view! Great hosts and by all means do try the restaurant suggested by the hotel, it's fantastic!
Cons: It's a bit far from Sienne but beautiful location!! And my kids said that the couch they were sleeping on was not super comfortable but our bed was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host Nicola was very nice. The place is a real castle with an astonishing view from Toscana landscape and old town Siena. We also had dinner at Nicola's restaurant in his farmhouse nearby. The food was excellent. Incredible experience overall.

Pros: Spectacular views. We ate at their family restaurant, which is off-site, called Le Pietre Vive both nights and the food and wine were excellent. Very nice and accommodating hosts. Delicious breakfast was served. The castle was beautifully decorated and filled with antiques.

9.2 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an actual ancient castle with fascinating history. The host was great, he was patient to explain everything to us like the history of the castle, how we go to the Siena, and how we can find a car park. And the bed is comfortable, we got a big breakfast as well! The location is 7 mins drive from Siena centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The castle is amazing! We were lucky enough to be in the tower room with 360* views of the countryside. The room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The owner was so friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do in the area. He lives on a farm a few kilometers away from the castle that provides wonderful dinners (don’t forget to book a reservation!). Breakfast in the morning was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: We requested a bathtab in our room, but not availlable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous room, fully updated (and apparently recently renovated). Therefore, great value for the price. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff who attended it were very patient (despite some obnoxious guests -- sadly, a few of my fellow countrymen). And the terrace: well, even in overcast weather like the kind that we had, it was just amazing. A view of the Tuscan hills to die for! We could have spent our entire visit to Sienna just lounging there! :)
Cons: All good. Admittedly, we got a great room with a great view. The weather, sadly, did not cooperate, but I don't think there's an app yet that can fix that. :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Space
Cons: No laundry service and a very basic breakfast that grew smaller the later one arrived to eat
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful to stay in a beautiful old palazzo which has been tastefully converted into hotel space. The garden is very nice. The staff is most accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The location was a bit further from the Duomo and Campo than anticipated, but once we learned the route, we had no problems. The staff was kind to always give excellent directions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Palazzo Ravizza is possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Siena, and the hotel is really well cared for. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated but still quirky, with beautiful wooden furniture. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I'd certainly return.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: We parked in the Parking Lot and it would have been helpful to have staff help with luggage

4.2 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: We were there over a holiday but for what we were paying this was definitely not worth it. The hallways were a disaster the carpets really need to be cleaned the room itself had mold around the windows the shower was dirty the lighting was horrible the beds were fairly uncomfortable and overall it was just a big disappointment for the cost. If they spent some money doing a little bit of cosmetic updating I think they could go along way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Staff!
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is great and Staff were very nice and informative.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom was very small with a unusual shower set up.
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing location, excellent value for money
Cons: This is (as the price suggests) a hotel that feels cheap, rather than romantic. The room has harsh white light more suited to an operating room than to a cozy Italian getaway. But, for the price, it’s an excellent deal.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Views from our room were amazing
Cons: We thought this would be our splurge hotel on our European vacation, but this was one of the more run down places we visited. The decor is dated (unpainted wood furniture and trim) and the shower was just a shower head on the bathroom wall with a shower curtain wrapped around it. The water from the shower got all over the bathroom floor making using the sink or toilet a messy adventure. We were quite disappointed with the overall value of this hotel.. although the location makes up for some of it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the view from our room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and quiet.
Cons: All good.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Very good and helpful staff of the hotel. Old building renovated and with wonderful design. Nice place close to everything. Bus stop for intercity routs is close, 3 mins.
Cons: There is no elevator, because it’s is forbidden to install it in this building, but if your bag is not 20kg it’s fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff, cleanness, rooms, utilities
Cons: It is close to a church and the bells start ringing in early morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy and Ritzy feeling
Cons: No Lift - but staff helped carry suitcases upstairs
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Just outside the ZTL. Found free street parking about 10 min walk to the hotel. Otherwise parking was 2euro per hour in the stadium between 7am and 8pm and free outside those times. The hotel was clean staff polite and breakfest was very good. The room was cleaned daily.
Cons: No elevators. They put us on the top floor. Having four children it was very difficult to handle luggage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The evening staff (check-in) was not a happy camper...acted like we were a bother; however, the morning staff (check-out) was friendly, helpful, and more than made up for the night before. The hotel itself is beautiful with a wonderful breakfast to match....lots of bread and cappucinos...which prepared us for the day. Location was a street away from the city center and we walked everywhere.
Cons: The check-in staff. Also, while the room looked amazing, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and quite low to the ground.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. Great location. Very nice staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Large clean room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast in charming room.
Cons: Room to n front a little noisy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just outside the historical area which is an excellent location if you drive and need parking. Hotel has an age but the inside looks newly refurnished, tidy and clean. Staff are helpful. I was lucky to have a room on the top floor and although it is facing the main street and the traffic is a bit noisy, it has a far view of the duomo! The breakfast was very good in a decent restaurant downstair. Overall excellent value.
Cons: Nothing
