10.0 Excellent
Pros: - awesome location with a balcony right onto the main arena - very large room, very comfortable and very clean - breakfast delivered into the room
Cons: - the breakfast muesli was okay at best (but there are omelets and other items; can‘t complain, really)

Pros: Breakfast was ample and very good quality. Room was great, no stairs and overlooking Piazza Il Campo. We will definitely be back. Viola and her brother are awesome and cleaning staff superb.
Cons: I really needed a tub after a lot of walking. Next time Master-suite!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing - overlooking the Piazza. Breakfast with a view! Quiet, spacious, central position. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was ordinary. A good choice was offered but the quality was a little disappointing. For example, the fresh fruit were all under-ripe and the croissants were not the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow. What a place. Actually, it is so good that we stayed in more than anticipated. You simply do not want to leave. What a view. What a room. What a service. What a location.
Cons: I can imagine that some people mention that it is an environment that is not very quiet. Your room's windows have access to the town's central place. When we were here, there was a group of doctors who did just graduate and they were shouting once in a while "Dottore". But this is part of being in the center of a city and we loved it. There are ear buds available for the sensible people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room size was fantastic

Pros: Very pretty and well placed. A bit far outside the city but walkable.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very friedly staff ready to help with recommendations for restaurants and which will even sell you bus tickets for a 10min ride into town. Quiet, relaxing location amidst the green with a view towards Siena. You will enjoy breakfast in the garden.
Cons: If you book a comfort type room you may be disappointed to end up in a nice country house style room (shown in the last two pictures as "comfort ") which however is very different of the palazzo style high ceiling rooms with the tiled floor. Ask for non-groundfloor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic feeling in italic Villa! Great location, 10 min walk to Sienna, free parking in safe place. View from windows is outstanding, You will see picturesque scenes of classic Toscana. Managers are helpful and thanks to their recommendations we found beautiful routes through wine and oil fields. Rooms are spacious and well designed in old style of Italy. Amazing place for breakfast in early morning dusk. Definitely we will return here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Jacamo and Lorenzo were so welcoming and helpful. They made our touring of Tuscany a highlight of our month long trip.
Cons: I didn't like the right corner of the gate facing out toward traffic and because of its historical designation it can't be modified. It took out my right rear door panel and undercarriage. Be advised: Pullout into the left hand on coming traffic when clear to avoid this mishap. Do NOT cut sharply left or right when making a turn. Pull straight out till you are clear of the gate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere in the countryside. Still only 10 minutes to town centre. Walk 10 mins or bus. Every 15 mins. Very peaceful.
9.2 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel was top notch. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We learned more about the palio that was taking place than we ever thought we could. It was only a short 15 minute walk into the center of Siena. We had breakfast in the garden before setting off each day. One of the best things about the hotel was the rooftop. The view was fantastic, especially in the evening. We sat and drank our prosecco while the sun set listening to the voices of mens choirs practicing for the Palio. Or listening to the drum practicing coming from all over the city. Or just sat and watched the sky darken as the sun set and the lights of the city came on. It was a great way to end a hot day of visiting the city. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower strong, AC good. Wifi strong. Sleeping at night it was quiet, and in the morning you could hear the swifts flying high in the sky. We would definitely return. Don't miss the rooftop.
Cons: No elevator, but can't be added because it is an historical building, so it is something that can be overlooked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not in the center but very close, nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room overlooking the patio was clean beautiful and up to date. We took a bottle of wine every night to the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the views of Siena and Duomo.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous bedrooms and the roof terrace was amazing- fantastic views over Siena and a lovely place to have a drink after exploring. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Had a lovely stay. Will definitely be recommending!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Jimmy was extremely helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The location is about a 15 minute walk to the center heart of Siena which was the perfect distance for being away from tourists. The hotel’s garden was the perfect setting for a delicious breakfast each morning, with custom espresso drinks available. The rooftop deck is a gorgeous place to watch the sunset with the complimentary Prosecco provided! The room was very nice and comfortable with an amazing view of the Siena skyline. (Request a view if possible.) We can’t wait to return!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was wonderful and the staff went over and above to make sure that your every need was met.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All employees that we came across were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. The setting of the hotel in midst its beautiful and serene garden, were the breakfast was set up, is outstanding. Even more breathtaking is the view from the roof terrace, were you can relax with a sundowner from the hotel-bar after a great day of sightseeing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view. 20 minute walk to city in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful garden where you get breakfast and evening drinks.

Pros: Spacious and clean room, centrally located, very helpful staff!
Cons: Need tissues/napkins, maybe salt and pepper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean and comfortable room right in the centre of Siena. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were the best I've slept on. The garden was ideal for looking at and sitting in. A good seating and dining doace. Right in the middle of the city close to the Duomo and Campo but as soon as you shut the door, it was quiet. The room was cleaned daily. Everything you needed for simple self catering. Lots of shower gel, soap etc, coffee tea and sugar provided. A washing machine if you needed it.
Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: Stuff changed the bed sheet first day and didn’t bother for the next 3 nights. Don’t quite understand why!
6.3 Good
Cons: The room is very noisy due to lack of noise insulation and barriers. Noise ingress from traffic , people talking, nearby loud music, etc. Hence kept windows closed and run an underperforming very noisy Airconditioning.over night. Beds are not comfortable and bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Car came back with a scratch in the morning after a two day 40 Euro parking fee. That’s why the stay was a disappointment.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staf is realy nice and the location is great
Cons: Airco could do a better job
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was spot on. Close enough but not too far out. The building was beautiful. The personalised name plate by the door to our apartment was great attention to detail and an example of the fantastic standard of service afford to us by great staff. I paid a little extra for my car to be taken away, after we'd unloaded our luggage, and parked somewhere safe, then returned to us at the end of our stay, and it was well worth it. The air conditioning, by the way, superb.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find anything that I didn't like. That's how good the place was.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: well located.
Cons: Very noisy street with drunk people chatting all the night.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good central location. Clean and comfortable room. Vouchers for breakfast to use at good cafes nearby. Hotel staff recommended excellent places to eat in the evenings.
7.7 Good
Pros: Location is really good and the B&B is easy to reach. The receptionist speaks very good English and recommended us excellent restaurants! The room we stayed in was big and comfortable.
7.3 Good
Pros: Staff were very helpful with information about Siena. Good base to explore Tuscany.
7.3 Good
Pros: The appartment was very spacious, clean and in great location. Being able to access a lovely courtyard was a bonus in this busy city. Walter our contact was extremely helpful and very knowledgable.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very good location. Just a few steps from Duomo and Il Campo. Spacious room with wide windows , nice and comforable bahtroom. Variety in breakfas,t served in a cafe right next to the hotel. The kichenette was a great idea. You could have fresh espresso at any time.
Cons: Since there is no nigth recepsionist it should at least have a vending machine for water beverages snacks etc.

Pros: We liked everything about this hotel. Excellent staff, location and very clean facility. Convenient to the Duomo and Campo, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding, served in the outdoor terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside - wow! And did I mention the wonderful staff. Our second time staying there.
Cons: Leaving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our fourth visit to Palazzo Ravizza -- and there is a reason why we always stay here when coming to Siena. The hotel's location is good, it has a stunning terrace, the athmosphere of an excuisite old palace with wonderful rooms, nice staff and excellent breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this hotel three times before and it never disappoints! Everything about it is perfect and amazing. Old world charm with bathroom upgrades! Love it love it. Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a wonderful view of the countryside. Large beautiful outside area for breakfast and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were good and you could get a drink at just about any time day or night. The location was perfect - in the city but a bit off the beaten path with restaurants close by. A short walk to Piazza del Campo and Duomo. We’d stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was walking distance from the center, and offered both free and private parking (at a charge of 20 euro per day). The hotel is beautiful and historical and staff are super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good quality and fresh. I would definitely go back to this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great to be located in Siena. We were close to everything. Parking was weird but manageable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This former palazzo is a secret gem in the heart of Siena's old city but on a very quiet street away from the busy shops and restaurants. There is a gorgeous garden with balcony overlooking the Tuscan valley below with chirping birds and bubbling fountain where an excellent breakfast buffet is served (heaven!), and lovely sitting rooms with antique furniture and hand-painted ceilings. Our room was large and spacious, and had a beautiful bathroom with fantastic shower. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided restaurant recommendations and umbrellas for rain. There is also a very convenient secure parking lot down the steps behind the property. This was one of our favorite stops on a two week trip thru Italy and Corsica. Too short, but we'll be back!

Pros: Views form the terrace, very helpful staff, big clean spacious room, excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific view from our very spacious garden view room Best breakfast in Italy and a charming courtyard that overlooks the country side

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful pool and staff
Cons: Expensive breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool and the views
Cons: Uphill walk to it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and staff were very helpful. The pool was spotless and great for families. It’s a very long walk to the walled town centre so you will need to get in to a car or taxi unless you fancy a 40 min trek uphill. The rooms were small and rustic and a little in need of modernisation but the friendliness of the staff and great pool more than made up for it. A local supermarket on the door step of the hotel was also a plus.
Cons: Rooms on the small side and in need of modernising.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutelly fantastic, close to the city but far from the mess, a beautiful place, very well conserved,
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the staff were very helpful. Pool and gardens were amazing, Beautiful location .
Cons: Bed was rather springy, sofa bed area was very dark. No iron
6.7 Good
Pros: An excellent hotel for those who want to relax, escape from the center of Siena and really relax on vacation and not be walking all the time. It is a very good place to relax. The pool space is quiet, has a view of Siena and we can relax quietly. The room is small. It has many unnecessary furniture that could offer better comfort and mobility of guests in the room. Very old furniture, it's like you to visit a very old farm but it's cool. It is recommended for those who are the car because it is a little far from the center of Siena. Remembering only locals and taxi drivers can drive by car within the city, if you go by car it is mandatory to leave your car in a parking lot that costs from 4.00 euros per hour. You will walk the streets of Siena (many hills) or you can take a taxi if you do not want to walk to the central square of the city where is the tourist spot with many shops and restaurants. I don't know if there is public transportation near the hotel, it would be good to ask first. The taxi from the hotel to Siena's Duomo takes about 20 minutes and can be expensive. The staff is very friendly. You can do your laundry at the hotel, but the machines are small and it can take a long time waiting.
Cons: The bathroom is terrible, the shower is very small if you are a big person and need a lot of space this can be a big problem. The bathroom sink takes up too much space the model (rounded the edges) this causes discomfort to enter the shower that was the very negative point. It would be better to have a square sink where it takes up little more space and could offer more comfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful. The pool is beautiful and the town is just a short walk away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great lovely quiet area but so close to town. Beautiful pool & amazing staff with wonderfull local knowledge. They made the experience so much better and enjoyable. Thank you
Cons: Small bathrooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property in beautifully landscaped gardens with good sized pool to escape the heat of the day. Friendly and helpful staff who made you feel welcome.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were wonderful! - Jessica, denis, Amina, Mr Khan, cleaners ...just wonderful people!! Breakfast was great Pool and grounds were fabulous Quiet
Cons: Had to keep logging onto internet. No facilities onsite to eat other than breakfast. Would be great to be able to get a light meal on site since it's not close to the city.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely quiet village with wonderful staff who were very happy to help.

Cons: In a Restricted parking area so some messing about to get luggage sorted and dropped off near accommodation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good and everything was tasty, the staff was really nice and forthcoming.
Cons: Location is good but for me the pictures were a bit deceiving, I expected it to be a lot closer to the city center, it's still a long walk uphill to town. I think the price is a bit steep for what you get, cheap furniture and paper thin walls.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Private garden
Cons: Local drummer was very noisy for 1 hour each evening!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was tip top!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is very well located right near the center of Siena. Very nice B&B, beautifully decorated.
Cons: We had trouble getting to the hotel since it is inside a ZTL zone (no outside cars allowed in, except cars with permission). We had to park our car far away and walk a long way with our luggage - it wasn't far, but uneven roads and a lot of stairs made it seem like it took forever). When we left, we took a taxi back to the car. It is possible to go inside the ZTL but then the staff of the B&B has to issue a permission for the exact time your car was inside. We only learned that once we got there. Also we took some time trying to open the front door at night since nobody told us the door was hard to open. We thought we had the wrong keys, and once we contacted the person responsible the answer was "I know it's hard, keep trying". after 15-20 minutes of trying, we got it, and I can't even explain how. But if you go, beware and tell them to teach you how it's done or you'll be in panic like I was, thinking I would have to sleep on the doorsteps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were spectacularly wonderful. It was bright, large, fantastic breakfast, warm and helpful. Best of our 5 week trip!
Cons: No complaints!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty bathroom and shower.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room and bed were extremely comfortable and the reception staff were excellent.
Cons: The breakfast could be better. Some of the “hot” food was cold and coffee from a machine is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: That the hotel was within the city. You could park at the hotel. Great dinner .
Cons: More comfortable beds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal. Nice and quiet but close to all the interesting sites. Siena does have a few hills so be prepared for some inclines during your walks. So glad we upgraded to the rooms with a view before we left the UK. We were on the 6th floor and waking up to that scenery was just amazing. Also having a drink on the roof terrace whether during the day or at night was just so pleasurable. Breakfast was all you could ask for with a wide selection appealing to all four of us. Staff throughout the hotel were very efficient and friendly at all times.
Cons: Nothing disappointing.

Pros: Very central and very comfortable.

Cons: I probably didn't do enough reading prior to booking, but I hadn't realized that these rooms were located in an alley around the corner from the lobby, and there was no key or card restricting access to the small hallways with four or five hotel rooms opening out of them. Nobody seemed to have eyes on who was coming or going, and I didn't like that anyone could walk into the hallway off the street. For that reason alone, I'd choose a different hotel next time around. If they added keys to secure to the hallways, it'd be fine, but not having them is a big oversight. They should fix that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and staff was extremely helpful! Great location and breakfast!
Cons: The bed was too firm for me and the pillows too flat, but that’s just me. Everyone’s preference is different. Very clean rooms!!

Pros: Perfect in all respects to experience Tuscany! Additionally, still within Sienna city limits yet in the country. You get the best of two worlds. The hosts were like family. Mama and Papa, were lovable like our own. There is excellent family type dinning near the property. There is one of the best fine dinning restaurants located less than a mile away. IL Campaccio, owned by a young chef and his wife. This is an ideal family stay. Day trips to all areas of Tuscany very easy. Assisi only 70min drive.

Pros: The owners, Eleanor and Giovani, are incredibly welcoming and gracious hosts. The location is just outside of Siena - making you feel like you are fully in the countryside, however you are just a few minutes from Siena itself. Pros: It was perfect! The location idyllic, the view from my window was spectacular!!!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I hate to tell you, because I want to keep this 6-room, converted mansion with breathtaking view to nyself... but there is nothing not to love. We traveled by train from Florence and had rented a car in Siena to go to San Gimignano for the day, so we arrived in the early evening, quite worn out. From the moment we arrived, the concierge was amazing with a guided tour before we arrived at our unique, gorgeous and sparkling clean room and bathroom. She recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner, just steps away. She doted on us at breakfast, which was European style, and fit for an Italian prince. Then held our bags after we checked out so my 90 yr old Dad and I could spend our day exploring Siena before taking the train back to Florence , without hauling our backpacks around. I'm going to say it was my Dad's last trip to Italy, but he will have the memories, and photos from the breakfast balcony, to remember. And I will have the memory of this time with my Dad and how Residenza d'Epoca made it special.
Cons: There was a bit of street noise from teens at night, but that can happen anywhere and you can't blame a hotel on a residential street.. We LOVED everything that was in the control of the hotel, and their view (which, again they don't cintrol), but that alone was worth every cent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and the view from the breakfast room was incredible. The staff were amazing and the hotel way exceeded my expectations

Located in Siena (Siena Historical Center), Hotel Alma Domus is a 4-minute walk from Stadio Artemio Franchi and 7 minutes by foot from Siena Cathedral. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and an elevator (lift).
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is fantastic. Just outside the hotel you have amazing views of the city. This made up for the lack of comfort in the room.
Cons: It’s fun to think you stayed in a sanctuary, but our backs hurt too much, the beds were very uncomfortable, the emergency light was very bright during the night, we had to cover it with sticky stamps leftovers for the second night. The size of the room is good, but very Covent-like, which I get and enjoyed in a way, but the bad quality mattresses were just too much. I’d recommend it if the price was much cheaper. The breakfast was just sad, with not much on offer, and what was available was of poor quality. Lastly, we thought it was strange for the receptionist to keep our IDs for 20 minutes at checkin...
