Pros: Fantastic experience. Cozy room, wonderful terrace view (Duomo de Siena) and best staff ever. I went to see the Palio di Siena and there could be no better place to stay. Super recommended!

Pros: Location is excellent. The view from the balcony (where you have breakfast and drinks in the evening - they run an honesty bar) is stunning. Our room was small but beautiful. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely go back.

Pros: We loved it all, the excellent service, nice rooms and especially the terrace of the place, where you could have your breakfast looking the Duomo. This was our second time here and we are looking for the next. The honesty Bar is something special these days.

Pros: The location is good, very close to Siena and it is easy to get into the city by car. Value for money and a good one night stop-over. Owner was very helpful and explained where to park in Siena to avoid fines. Secure parking on the property. Room and bathroom clean.

Pros: the place was 3 kilometers from the center, but you can feel Toscan atmosphere and amazing view. A great breakfast was prepared in the morning. We left delighted and pleased.Thanks.

Pros: Andrea was a great host, eager to assist with any questions, for example driving directions, location of a good restaurant, etc. Breakfasts were excellent and generous, and in a nice little detached outbuilding with a real fire (October). The location was beautiful and on a quite road, and sunset was amazing. Siena easily reached by car. Bed was comfortable and parking easy , with car safe behind an automatic gate.

Pros: Andrea was wonderful. He took us to town to save us bus fare and made us a great breakfast. He was attentive to all our needs. He really is a wonderful host.

Pros: We prefered to stay a bit out of Siena, park a car and use public transport to the city - and got it all here. The acommodation is 3 km out of city centre, there is a direct bus to Siena (1.50 euro), which takes 10-15 min and goes every 15 min to the city and back. Very convinient and easy! The room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is fantastic, very rich, the host was superfriendly, he gave us plenty of useful information - where to eat, take a bus, buy a ticket, what to see in Siena, he recommended us also some trips - which we enjoyed a lot! Parking is basically in front of the house. A short walk from the appartment (2 min) is a very nice restaurant with good food. Highly recommend it!

Pros: Fabio is a great host. He's very friendly and gave us a lot of good tips about Siena and cities neaby. Amazing breakfast with a lot of variety! The best cappuccino I had in Italy!

Pros: Excellent location; 150 meters from a busstop that takes you directly to Siena centre. Staff is really helpful. You can buy drinks at low prices (2 euro for 0.5L Franziskaner weizen, €1 for a can of coke etc.). Breakfast is nice, bread, italian ham, cheese, cake etc. Freshly made italian coffee. Room is good, big bathroom. There is a nice restaurant about 200 meters from the B&B and another one at about 1.5km.

Pros: Very very nice stuff! Showed me how get to the center, numbers of buses, stops and timetable. Even helped with finding bus to another city. Nice and clean room, tasty breakfast. Advice everyone

Pros: Lovely host who was very welcoming! Great location in the countryside - lovely to wake up to roosters not city traffic! Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was a great start to our morning. Not to far of a drive to Sienna though we needed GPS to find parking as we are not used to the windy city streets. :) Added picture for underground parking house we used near all the main sites. Great place to stay outside of town and would suggest it if you are traveling with a car and looking for an easy place to arrive and set off from. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Fabio and his Wife who owned the property were very helpful giving us info on where to park when visiting Siena and the best places to eat locally.. All in all a gem of a B&B in a very handy location 5 minutes from the motorway and shops etc. Highly reccomended...

Pros: Amazing location, 2 min. walk to Il Campo, friendly staff, the lady in the check-in sent me a detailed whatsapp message with all the info on how to get there and where to park the car, and also gave me infos about the city and its history. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everybody that visits Siena.

Pros: Amazing location right next to the Piazza del Campo. The place itself is great with a super story that was explained to us by our host. The city itself is one of our favorites in Italy. The place is great value for money as well.

Pros: This is a great budget accommodation just off the Piazza del Campo. The hostess Anisa was very welcoming and gave plenty of information about Siena. I had a single room on the ground floor. I was a bit concerned the noise from the street would be a problem, but the window had excellent soundproofing and the AC was surprisingly comfortable. I usually switch the AC off and sleep with the window open due to noise and temperature issues, but the AC did not bother me in the least and I could sleep well with the AC on and the window closed. The room featured a good size bed (I would call it small queen size) that could probably accommodate a couple, a desk, a wardrobe and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was reasonably sized. The shower had plenty of hot water and a decent water pressure. The breakfast was copious. The best part was the fresh cornettos, warm straight out of the oven.

Pros: It was very clean and the food was good. They guidet us how we could take a bus to the center, wich was very easy. The rooms were large with good beds.

Pros: This was definitely the best place we stayed in Italy during our 10 days journey. Rooms are spacious, decorated with really nice style. Bed is comfortable. You have fridge and wine glasses in the room. Breakfast is good comparing to others we had. Location is perfect for people with the car, but you can get to old town area by walking (bus is also available)

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Fonte dei Tufi. It is just a pitty we couldn´t stay more than 1 night. The hotel is nicely furnished, clean, stuff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. There is also a nice garden outside. Great choice if you want to experience Tuscan countryside but also be near all the attractions in Siena.

Pros: The hotel was functional. Mini fridge in room all stocked with various drinks (not free) Air conditioning worked. Reception manned from early morning to late at night. Parking right outside. Breakfast was included in the price we paid - cereals, cold meat, cheese, bread, coffee from machine - all adequate. There is a cafe which may or may not be part of the same place, serving mainly drinks, not open all the time.

Lots of history for those who are interested and appreciate the ambiance of the town. Would recommend to anyone who have a love for old towns, just beautiful.
