10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 different times within 3 weeks in this hotel (we went out of town twice between stays). First of all, the service is impecabble. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The location next to 2 huge malls means the availability of many restaurants and retail shops and services. Being a fairly new hotel, the interiors are very nice and clean, yet it feels homey. I totally felt comfortable here and would go back and highly recommend this hotel to others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are great, we love the great big windows giving us a great view of the city and the pool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great service Nice room Excellent breakfast buffet Nice atmosphere at Long Bar.
Cons: 2700 php for car to airport? Must be a compromise between this and a local taxi at 200 php.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and great amenities. The best part of the hotel is the people there! Amazing staff that’s so accommodating, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. They were super helpful when I had questions navigating the area, arranging transposition, and making sure my stay was pleasant.
Cons: Difficult to initially find the driveway/entrance when traveling there for the first time from the airport (I had to take a taxi since I missed the hotel counter at the airport.)

Cons: Convenience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay.
Cons: No problems
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience w
Cons: Wi-fi is weak
6.8 Good
Pros: Location to restaurants and shopping was excellent. The newly renovated room was equipped with modern furnishings. I really enjoyed strong water pressure of the shower! The staff was attentive and courteous to your needs.
Cons: The room's electrical power outlets weren't working properly. The light dimming switches were confusing to use. I had just a "lemon room" of all rooms. The sound of construction due to the hotel's room renovation project can be heard throughout the day.
6.0 Good
Pros: Closeness to all shops and places to eat
Cons: Noisy day construction after a late night event I wanted to sleep but couldn't because of heavy noises next door. Although it's posted I did not realize how bad it was. Pool was closed too
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I had forgotten to pack my running T-shirt and shorts when i checked out. I only realised when i was already in a cab to another city. I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten the T-shirt and shorts and if they could kindly keep it for me as I was coming back to Makati a few days later. When I went to collect my T-shirt and shorts, they were washed and nicely folded and packed for me. This was definitely a gesture that was not expected and a welcome surprise. Thank you New World Makati!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and very well maintained hotel. Great location next to shopping and restaurants at Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.
Cons: Minor quibble, but noticed that the showers did not seem quite scrubbed down at the creases. so you can start to see the age. Not quite mildew, but the only thing that keeps it from being perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room and the location is great for shopping, dinning and nightlife.
6.5 Good
Pros: Location; positive attitude of staff.
Cons: Way over priced. Dusit Thani is much better for less money.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: service, facility, location, rates
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The folks at the Ascott were super friendly, from the front door, to check in on the 6th floor, the restaurant was very good, staff attending to the room all were outstanding. Have been coming to PI for 10 years 20 plus trips. 1st stays were at New World, last 6 years have been at the Dusit...price/value was better in comparison than both of those hotels...we were in the old wing, rooms were spacious, we did check out the newly remodeled wing and it is newer for sure...the location next to Glorietta was great and only a 12 minute walk thru the mall to get to the Greenbelt Mall and theaters. We will be staying at the Ascott from now on. PS loved the pool area and the Jacuzzi
Cons: There was nothing to complain about at all
4.2 OK
Pros: Location
Cons: Ascott could not locate my reservation even when given my confirmation number and booking agents number. Front desk did not know what to do, they wanted to charge me double my original paid reservation and credit my paid reservation when it came through.....WHAAAAAT! Very late and tired, no one offered to make it right, front desk seem to have attitude. I finally called Kayak and had them locate original reservation which was faxed to front desk. Front desk calls me to tell me they have fixed it and I clearly told them... I FIXED IT BY CALLING KAYAK...which is something they should've done in the first place!!!!!
4.3 OK
Pros: We stayed here only because we missed our flight and the Holiday Inn was full. We wanted to stay near the popular shopping areas (Glorietta and Greenbelt). The location was excellent and they upgraded our room so we had a washer/dryer, kitchen and separate bedroom. This was perfect because we desperately needed to do laundry and didn't want to spend extra money on laundry service. It was also nice that we could cook our own meals and didn't have to spend a ton eating out and the Landmark grocery store was only a short walk away.
Cons: We will probably not stay here again because they allow smoking in the rooms so once we made it home, all of our clothes that we just washed smelled like cigarette smoke. The worse part was the little ants that crawled around the whole room even the dining room table. We noticed it the second day there and had all of our luggage on the floor so we were paranoid that ants got into our luggage. We even found some crawling in bed with us. We were very ready to leave.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly and they always remember my name. The location is excellent for shopping, dining and doing business. Great buffet breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Nice room. Beautiful lonby. Professional staff
Cons: I specifically requested twin (2 beds) but at first given double (king/queen). I had to go back to registration to correct the mistakw. It was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly poorer than expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything about dusit thani. shoutout to robee, mai, ramil, mon flores, warren and everyone else who made our stay very special and memorable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I could not find anything wrong with this properties amenities, customer service and their focus on customer satisfaction I have only found in 6star properties and exclusive resorts. I would definitely make this my first destination for business and family, I would also recommend Dusit Thani-Manila to all my colleagues local and abroad. I came to this property for 2 reason's, 1st: came recommended by a family friend which I trusted and thankfully took her advice, 2nd: for our honeymoon getaway, which is close to everything(e.g. shopping, airport, other friends and easily accessible to public transportstion(e.g. Uber, Grab, taxi, buses, jeepney and tricycle). I would highly recommend this hotel, the frontdesk staff and concierge are well above my expectation but over staff members we were awesome.
Cons: I wish I could've stayed longer but I had to get back to reality, but I can't wait for my next visit next year for my first year anniversary and to bring my extended family to experience true customer service.
7.4 Good
Cons: I asked for them for a cab and was charged 40 dollars for a 4 dollars ride to the airport. When I said I was not paying I was promptly told it was already charged. At this point I didn't have a lot of time to argue since I had to go to the airport.
4.0 OK
Pros: It was a room.
Cons: Hotel is old and needs renovation. I'm sure there are leaks in the bathroom behind the shower walls. Convenient to the airport at 5am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Employees goes extra mile to give a good customer service , definitely my 25 th anniversarry we will stay in Dusit Manila, and everytime a family or friend will visit Philippines I will recommend Dusit hotel I really enjoy staying in that hotel.not to mention I came 14 hours ahead of my flight and Dusit was fully book but they still find a way to accommodate me that was 12 midnight and they just want to make sure I can rest that night after 20 hours flight .
Cons: N/A
5.7 OK
Pros: The old rooms are very bad. The moldy carpeting and musty smell will make you sick. The new rooms are nice. But they are also carpeted, and even though the carpet is new, it still smells. Stay away if you have allergies. I was initially sent to the dungeon upon arrival (old room), but was then upgraded to a new room after insisting AND paying extra. The Thai restaurant excellent. The Japanese restaurant should add traditional western wines to its menu - i.e. French, Italian, Spanish wines. The sushi is mediocre.
Cons: Carpet is not a sustainable building material. Carpet accumulates dirt, allergens and mites deep within its fibers. Moreover, carpet is made of petrochemicals, it does not decompose in landfills and is generally not recycled. The room's flooring material should be tile.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Lobby and reception
Cons: 1. Pathetic rooms. Old rooms stink like dead animals. Bathrooms are small and badly lit. 2. Staff was even worse. Checked into room no. 1112 which was smelling like a dead mice. Complained took 30 minutes to respond and then offered me another room which was even worse, then moved me into a room which was like a hole in the wall on the 15th floor. The duty manager was rude and just kept saying due to renovation there is smell and that i booked a delux room hence i get a smelly room. And believe me i not a very finicky guy. 3. I would say this hotel for its lobby reception security and breakfast at best qualifies to be a 3.5 star.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Value for money
5.4 OK
Pros: Breakfast was very good and staff pleasant
Cons: It's an older hotel! Way over priced! This hotel should be a $60-80 hotel! Unless they have newer rooms I haven't seen, mine was old but hot water was great for Philippines!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing about this hotel such as cleanliness , facilities, comfort , location and the friendly staff
Cons: Actually nothing

Pros: It was clean and was pretty close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. The tub is great in the CR.
Cons: There are additional fees. I booked through kayak under the impression the room was going to be about 160 a night but it ended up being about 200 bucks a night after other fees. I also booked a king room but got a double queen room which made the stay a little bit less comfortable for my girlfriend and I.

Cons: Quality of food & no coffee supply in the room
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Seriously, everything is top notch. Have only had one complaint in the numerous times I have stayed there.
Cons: they don’t explain breakfast hours at check in so we missed on that one day by “two minutes”. They sat us and then told us we were too late and would have to leave. In the elevator we both looked at the time on our phones and saw we still were early enough. hotel gets a little pricey at times so there are many options in the area who provide excellent stays as well.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here for years and clearly love the place. I like being in Makati, but being a bit away from the traffic on Ayala Ave. The rooms are very spacious. I love all the dining options on Leviste street. My requests are always cared for quickly: extra pillows, extra water. Price compared to space and quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.
Cons: Any issue I've had with my frequent stays has been quickly resolved. No complaints.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, in two separate stays. It was a reasonable distance from the airport and it was a nice hotel. The location was great - the neighborhood was very safe. It was walking distance from quite a few restaurants, coffeeshops, a nice bar, the Glorietta and Greenbelt malls, and the Saturday Salcedo Market. The staff was very nice, the rooms were updated and clean. Overall, a really nice stay. If I visit Manila again, I will definitely consider this hotel. When we were there the restaurant/bar had not yet opened for dinner/evening hours. Thus, we didn't get a chance to taste the food. However, if it's good, it would be a good addition to our stay. It would be nice to just walk downstairs and grab a drink.
Cons: The laundry service was quite expensive. If we weren't completely out of clean clothes, we would not have used it. However, it was efficient and they didn't end up charging us for the "express service" additional fee.
