Cons: Only Valet parking available at $32. I could understand if we were in the middle of the city but the hotel is located on the outskirts. We stayed in room 406 which was a very nice little suite. Unfortunately, the toilet was very unstable when sitting on it. I think the tank and bowl weren’t aligned properly causing it to klunk loudly everytime we sat on it. In addition, the lock on the door leading to the balcony was broken.

Cons: Not enough handicap parking, luggage atendendant said I would have to park in regular parking 200 yards away, when there were several em spaces next to handicap parking, I will have to consider that before I can think about coming back. We come a couple of times a year for a week or 10 days. I have stayed at Hyatt, the Marriott, and Homewood Suites I like it but this trip to the Westin was great.

We ordered. Our food was brought out. And we were not asked if we needed anything else, like butter for our toast, hot sauce, ect. The wait staff asked if we would like refills of our drinks which we said yes but we were brought the wrong drinks. Everything was just off. Disappointed. Some many cheap better options off property.

We were amazed at the service. We too parked in the parking garage to avoid the $37.00/day valet, and had no issues at all. Parking is $16 Monday through Friday and $5 on weekends. Can’t beat it and it is literally steps away from hotel. Visit the little chic cafe next door, it was really yummie despite it being a diner! We also had a balcony which was nice listening to the music at night.

The location was very convenient for a morning walking tour around the city. The breakfast was good (apart from the plastic waste generated from all the plastic forks, knives and spoons thrown away by all the guests). Also very convenient to find when arriving from the interstate as it was almost the first thing you come to when you get into town. Beware, by the way - the hotel has valet parking, which you have to pay about $30 for, which wasn't obvious when we booked the room.

Cons: I was horrified by how much plastic "silverware" was thrown away on just one morning's breakfast - and this happens every day, which is terrible for the environment. Would it be possible for you to use metal silverware that could be put in a dishwasher at the end of the morning and reused the following day, rather than creating so much plastic waste every day?

Pros: I loved the location. Once we had the car valet parked, we didn’t have to use it all vacation. Great breakfast and the wine and cheese social is also a plus.
Cons: The only thing that I can think of that wasn’t a big problem was that when we left there was no valet. It was not a real problem since we were parked near the entrance on the first floor. We left around 6 am on Friday. The staff was amazing!

Cons: The room was insanely humid. The bathroom floor was slick with a film which coated all hard surfaces in the room. I couldn't breathe and eventually gave up and left. When I got to my next destination my clothes smelled like mildew.

Cons: So when I first arrived the valet parking went real nice . But when I was checking out the valet person was late making me have to get my own car , keep in mind the service is 34 dollars a day. Not very good service on that end . Secondly the layout of the hotel can be very frustrating .

Cons: Only thing I can say even slightly negative is the parking is a bit wonky due to the historic location. Valet is available and deff the easiest! Deck or street parking is available close by. I am familiar with savannah so I know this is a common issue there. Just have to know what you want to do.

When I called they said they would refund my per there manager. When I checked out th e front desk clerk told me that the manager declined to refund me because they made every effort to accommodate me???? The food got there 30 Mins later I was tired did not want to wait for another plate...

I CHECKED IN AROUND 3:00PM ON SATURDAY AND LEFT MONDAY BEFORE 11 AM. WOULDN'T THE PARKING BE A 24 HOUR PERIOD EACH DAY?
