Loved the location! Block from hop on/off trolley and Crystal Beer Parlour. Too many kids screaming and slamming doors after 1 am during the weekend though. Some monitoring would have been appreciated. Thursday & Mo day nights were great. Asked for extra towels since Do not disturb sign was up all 4 days and only got 2. the rooms could use an update....the wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling from the wall, more lights as it was very dark. The staff was wonderful and the location convenient to downtown and the river.

Hotel bar and restaurant closed both nights we stayed, when we asked why, they did not know. AC was broken in room. Mini bar area had nothing-not even water. We went downstairs to get some water in lobby and all they sold was beer. Asked forint desk, they had no water. She gave us 2 styrofoam coffee cups and pointed us to the water jug. The decor was beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable. Only one outlet in our room worked (none in the bathroom) but that didn’t cause any issues for us! We will be back on our next trip to Savannah!
