I like the empathy tram when mother has a fever with her daughter, so they help her as possible. If the put cheese in the second meal it will be better than only 2 pieces of bread. Thanks.

Food could be way better

They lost my wife’s luggage ><
First international travel in 18 years. So don't have much to compare this experience with. However, food could have been better. Only served two meals, breakfast and dinner. The food was okay but not enough to kill the appetite. Royal Jordanian was the airline and their seats were comfortable. I just slept most of the 12 hour flight. Boarding was quick too. Tickets were cheap for the dates I selected also so no complaints there. Will definitely fly again. One thing I'd like to share is that I found the cheapest flight using Google Flights but it was being offered through some travel agency registered in NYC but their call center was in India. This was very sketchy but thank God I found the similar price through kayak and all I did was to pay directly online using my credit card. Didn't have to call or confirm the tickets because they send an email online in a few mins. Whereas, if I would have opted to go through a travel agent (cheapest ticket from Google Flights) there was no guarantee about tickets confirmation and it's really sketch. For this reason, 10/10 for Kayak!
Comfortable enjoyed improve food
All good
It’s was very good and respect and I love it
I couldn’t board the plane since they had suspended my tickets and asked me to purchase new ones but flight was sold out so missed the flight and spent 24 hours in the country spending money to drive 4 hours to Amman and hotel and fees to change my international flight home.
It was a short flight but good.
The food quality could be better. Not so overcrowded plane. Offer water more throughout a 12 hour flight.
I liked that at check in, the supervisor was helpful in getting me my PCR test at the airport before checking in. What could have been better was not overbooking the flights, it was too crowded on the plane. Also the food choices were not good. Or the dessert choices. A better quality meal could be served.
Phone line quite difficult to have a travel credit at flight hub and royal jordanian. Waited over 5h, we were approved for travel credit 3 weeks ago but never received any confirmation. Honestly very disappointing customer service.
Entertainment,
As an one world member they should treat every airline on same way. No transit visa of DXB but if u traveling from Emirates Airline you will get a transit visa.
need to improve the hosting at Amman for visitors. rest its ok to go. Lounges can only be used before 2 hours which is practically impossible if we have an international flight. time needs to be increase. thanks
Liked the updated movies, seating position.
.
To know the rules of the Covid test better
I had my Covid test done 72 hours before departure to my Dubai flight. At the counter I was told that the 72 hours is at arrival in Dubai. So I was not able to board. This does not make sense because no airline requires/counts the 72 hours at arrival. So I had to purchase another ticket with another airline.
Every think is good
All in all it was a good experience, not the best but I managed, book your seat before hand because you will get a bad seat, i got a middle exit seat and it was bad a huge price to pay to get some leg space lol, didnt have a place to store my stuff and the table sucked and the screen placement sucked i'd give the flight 5/10 because of my seat which i guess is kinda my own fault lol anyway the crew were really good and the food was amazing
Unnecessary multiple check out points. We were exhausted
I did not like anything about the trip. So much could have been better in terms of the service, food, and COVID-19 safety regulations. The service was so poor and the flight attendants were negligent. The food was mediocre and did not take into account people with allergies and food restrictions. The COVID-19 safety regulations were almost non-existent, since the flight attendants did not wear masks properly and did not practice physical distancing. They passengers were not reminded to keep their masks on and wandered around the flight without masks while engaging in socializing with other passengers who also did not have masks on. Overall, I would not recommend this airline in the future especially with the pandemic. How it can be better is by practicing better service with passengers , stressing the reinforcement of masks and physical distance when possible, as well as not allowing passengers to leave their place without a mask.
Crew never smile to us,
They need a better system and a better communication system for the customer service. I almost missed my flight because of lack of system and to bring a new high tech system instead getting checked a 100 times.
Had issue with passport and wouldn’t reschedule me so lost my flight and ticket
