Pros: Front desk and bell staff we very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Lovely boutique hotel in a great location and neighborhood. Convenient for walking to restaurants. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with attentive, pleasant servers.
Cons: The bathroom is really small.
Good6.0
Pros: housekeeping was excellent banquet staff was excellent excellent location hotel for 20s and 30s
Cons: Front desk staff was all business, condescending and rude our king room was miniscule bathrooms lacked safety bars parking rules were never made clear
Excellent9.7
Pros: The hotel is close to many great restaurants and theater. The staff were amazing - and the attention to detail and creative touches are very appreciated.
Cons: No shelf or counter in the bathroom is annoying - but the ambiance and details outweigh that!
Excellent9.7
Pros: I love this hotel and stay here every time I go to Portland. All of the staff, from the housekeepers, valet, bartenders, and the front desk are happy and kind and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Good6.2
Pros: Clean room, well kept, and decent location
Cons: Small room, very expensive parking
Excellent9.0
Pros: Stylish, attentive service, cool bar, boutique nature of facility
Cons: Justlocation is just a bit out of way but that could considered both a positive as well as negative
Excellent9.4
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet location.
Good6.5
Pros: Easy to find right by providence park stadium where I was going to watch a game
Cons: Pricy for how small the room was and my view was of a roof looking across to other rooms and the curtains didn’t close all the way. The bathroom fixtures were loose and falling off. I could have gotten a cheap motel room and just used the train and saved money if I would have known.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Great location and decor. Well maintained and clean. Downtown and Washington Park were easily accessible by foot and the light rail. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Room was incredibly small, especially compared to the Marriotts I stay at for business. My room was also next to the elevators so glad I brought my ear plugs.
Excellent9.4
Pros: They found dairy free options for my son with food allergies and brought them to our room.
Cons: The heat/AC didn’t work properly and our room was way too hot all night no matter how much I adjusted the temp
Okay5.7
Pros: the room was clean
Cons: lobby was way to small and noisy
Excellent9.1
Pros: Loved the hotel theme and everything was quite comfortable. The bed was like laying in a cloud. There was always a doorman at the front door to open the door for you. And the Driftwood Bar was exactly the kind of place I want to have a drink.
Cons: The bathroom needs more counter/shelf space to put your things. The bath towels were on the small side and not very soft. While comfortable, the bed was not at all firm.

Pros: Great neighborhood, close to public transportation & restaurants.
Cons: Park Lane Inn needs small refrigerators & microwave/convection ovens. Bathroom vent needed cleaning.
Good6.5
Pros: Proximity to downtown Portland was excellent.
Cons: It's definitely a gentrified motel. Noise from adjoining rooms was very noticeable.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Location, cleanliness, price Plenty of plugins and usb charger ports!
Cons: 1. Only had "patio chairs" (2) to sit upon. Not comfortable. 2. No counter-top in bathroom to put toiletries upon.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Still close to downtown area and a good value. My room was better than expected for the price.
Cons: The front desk was actually across the street in the apartment building. It took me an extra minute and full walk around the place to figure it out.
Excellent8.2
Cons: No refrigerator. No coffee machine in room.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place has bed bugs. My girlfriend had huge swollen red bites all over her body the next day.
Good7.4
Pros: Sam was such a pleasant host, and told us of things to do in Portland. He is an exceptional employee!
Cons: Mattress needs replacing!
Excellent8.0
The bathroom light and fan connected. No option for light... Only. Bed small for two people. Bathroom light on delay... No turn off switch.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Park lane suites is my go to hotel every time I come to Portland. Great prices, friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, I prefer to stay at the inn suites. Comfy ! Nicely located, easy to walk 10 minutes into down town & close to great neighborhoods!
Excellent8.5
Pros: Helpful staff, great items in the fridge and kitchenette with an eye on local, sustainable, etc. Some reviews had poopooed the place, so I was literally STUNNED at the shining lobby and great room. Great price, great location.
Cons: Its not top-shelf, bu that's what I sought it out for.

Pros: For the money, this was a great value! The price was so much better than the airport hotels, and it was only a few exits SW of downtown on I-5. The property was VERY clean, very nice and well-kept. For an independently owned hotel, the owners have obviously worked very hard to keep pace with the offerings of the major chains. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: I do wish the breakfast was a little more robust (eggs, or bacon or sausage), but really the food was fine for the price we paid for the room. No complaints, really.
Okay5.4
Pros: location good
Cons: Smell from cleaning spray and previous smoker. Mattress lumpy
Good6.0
Pros: We booked a 1-King-bed room. Our 5yr old grandson ended up coming with us, so we called & asked if we could switch rooms. The very pleasant woman said, "Oh, you don't need to - there's a hide-a-bed in the room." When we arrived after 9pm, tired after driving all day, the man at the front desk said they don't even have hide-a-beds anymore. We were forced to pay $10 more for the last 2-queen room. Irritating.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Proprietor Harry was extremely responsive when we complained about room and switched us immediately.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Let people know online before making a reservation that during Covi-19 quarantine there will not be breakfast nor use of jacuzzi.
Good7.7
Pros: People at the desk were very friendly. The area had a couple sketchy characters about and the night desk clerk roved the premises for safety. Loved that since I was walking the dog alone.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet room with plenty of space and outlets (including USB ports). Close enough to Portland to make a full day trip there, but without the steep Portland prices! We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Getting back on the freeway was a little tricky, but not too bad.
Good6.5
Pros: Small hotel with peace and quiet
Cons: Too business-like, everything seemed like a transaction

Pros: Very nice hotel and use of the spa facilities was a wonderful perk! Loved it!
Good6.0
Pros: Location was nice. Quiet, nice staff. No room facing the river has a river view, just a view of the trees but it still peaceful.
Cons: The rooms are outdated. The bed (mattress)has been used for some time, it was like sleeping in a hole. cleanliness was fair, could be better. Overall it was a solid 3stars no more.
Okay5.7
Pros: As almost all travellers to this location (out of city center) arrive by car, they need to more prominantly warn customers that the actual cost for a night stay includes $30 charge.
Okay4.0
Pros: valet was excellent river walk a nice distraction
Cons: everything was just so average i might as well stayed at embassy suites the carpet in the hallway was pretty ugly
Good7.6
Pros: Room was nice and clean the restaurant next door had Goidelic food but is expensive. They have a sweet white wine, it's a chateau st Michele I think that is excellent.
Cons: The room is not extraordinary, it's a hotel room, ours had a view of the parking lot. The parking is valet only which I'm not a fan of.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Our brunch at the restaurant was awesome. We were so happy to hear that they provided a free shuttle downtown, that was really helpful. The bed was so comfortable and all the towels and linens were super soft and luxurious.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Loved them location. Beds were very comfortable. The spa was great....loved the massage
Cons: There was no shared (male/female)whirlpool or sauna areas. Would have used those more if could have used with my husband instead of in the locker rooms as separate facilities
Cons: I asked for a quiet room. I was told I had one but it was near the elevators. I also requested floor 4 or 5 but was told not available. A lady checked in, was told her mountain view room was not available and she was upgraded to river view at no charge, upper floor. this was after I checked in. The staff could have accomodated me but didn't.
