The car was nice. And complimentary shuttle was great.Cons:
Customer service could have been better, it did not feel that welcoming. When shuttling having my information to verify we aren’t getting into a strangers car would have felt safer. When going over the pre damages on the car before I leave I felt that it would be more beneficial for them to come out and inspect the car with me rather than me doing it alone. Security deposit amount needs to be listed because that was a surprise. But we enjoyed the car and returning it was easy. I just feel that those other things I mentioned need to be worked on.9.2 Wonderful

The pick-up drop off is a little clunky. The exterior signs at the airport do not say Advantage, the driver for another company explained that one shuttle picked up for Advantage and the other. And I know that this is not necessarily Advantage's fault but when you google Advantage Airport another location in SLC shows up.10.0 Wonderful

Pickup is by shuttle that stops at the airport Rental Car office for other brands. Return to that office offsite is navigable by Google mapping.Cons:
Satisfied with rental. Mid Size SUV reserved was Toyota Rav4 but substituted with Mitsubishi Outlander of equivalent size, also 4WD.8.0 Very Good

Upon pickup staff was rude and even though I reserved and paid for one thing was told that I could not have that unless I paid more because I wasn’t from out of town. There should be additional questions when booking so that you are aware of the price diu long upon pickup and so you’re not thinking the price you paid at reservation was it when it wasn’t. Pros:
It was a nice truck but getting an extension to the full week was impossible I am on my way back with the vehicle now and I feel I was very overcharged I have tried to call thim for two days and the res numbers do not match up .. they can’t even find the truck over the phone It looks like they’re gonna charge me about $600 for one week and on the paper it says 249 for one weekCons:

At pick-up was told they did mot have my car. Tried to make me tske a csr that was ro small for our luggage to fit. A big hour long hastle. In the end they magically were able to give me the correct size car, which I had purposely reserved months in advance. Dont appreciate being lied yo snd wasting my time.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I got a rental with crumbs in the cup holder, a face mask between the seat and console, 3 gallons of gas, and a tire with low pressure. I filled the tire with air when I got gas. Later on my trip the tire went flat, had to get road side assistance. Was told I could swap out my car since it was on the donut but apparently I had to do the work myself to find a location that had an available car to do that. There were none available. Eventually an Enterprise associate told me I could take it to Firestone. So I had to waste my time getting their car fixed.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I have to say I was very concerned after paying for the car months before we left on our trip, I didn't check the reviews (could have been a disaster). I read the reviews and the reviews were horrible. 2 out of 10 had a good experience. I tried to cancel our reservation because I was that concerned I had made a big mistake. I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was already paid for. I read about the filthy, dented cars, break downs and rude employees. We didn't have any of that. We did have a crack in the windshield but everything was recorded by an attendant. Our vehicle was clean and no issues with it's mechanics.Cons:
We did get additional charges at pick up - wasn't sure what that was all about. I thought everything was paid for. So that was a surprise. That is what drove our rating down. If that hadn't happen I would have given excellent2.0 Poor

Pros:
Flt was late. They would not stay open a hour later. They did not answer the phone the next day, it was during the winter storm in San Antonio Texas so as assumed they were closed along with everything else. The Following day after we booked another car as we were walking by they told us it was not canceled so we took that car but at this time we still had to pay for two carsCons:
