Cons: The shuttle service bus from the ferry was not really convenient and staff on this bus was on the border to be rude. We had a defective rainshower in our bathroom, although we reported that it never got fixed.

Literally everything about our stay was fantastic, not a single bad word to say! We barely left the hotel except a quick visit to the casino at the Venetian.
We will absolutely be coming back!

Cons: The staff are pretty rude! Not the front desk but everywhere else. No bother in helping you at all and if they do they are very rude about it and just point you instead of really helping! Not so foreign friendly at all.. Please teach staff to be more courteous to guest! i don't know if that's just how they are but in Las Vegas everyone is very courteous and helpful rather than just pointing! This is what makes Las Vegas one of kind! They really make you not want to leave!!!

Largely depends on your focus, if you're all about the huge mall, luxury hotel and casino I would stay at the southern island hotels. Otherwise, this hotel is just perfect for its value for money.

Cons: Location. It was not near any shopping or shows. We had a situation where we wanted to cancel, but couldn't without a 50% cancellation. Provolone was willing, but the hotel was not.

Pros: Enormous, very comfy bed. Spotless marble bathroom. Liked chaise longue, stylish new desk chair, desk lamp and free safe for valuables in bedroom. Good variety at breakfast. For us, the location was excellent as we could walk to all the interesting and historic sites in the city. We also enjoyed the evening Happy Hour snack and drink in the Lobby Lounge.
Cons: Only two staff at Reception when we arrived and quite a long queue waiting to check in.

There is a shuttle to the borders that can do drop offs en route, but none for the airport, as well as a taxi hailing at a cost to the visitor. Taxi from the airport to hotel runs around 100 HKD.

Cons: The location wasn't bad, it was just wonky. It's situated in a weird place. Another thing that wasn't bad, but was a surprise was the deposit. There's a 500 HKD deposit when you check in no matter if you paid already or not. It makes sense though, because it helps them ensure you don't raid the minibar and skip on the room.

Cons: It is difficult to communicate with the staff in English in the reception. They do not understand us. But the staff in the restaurant were great, they assisted the guests fast and very accommodating. When you ask on tourist attractions they were not familiar with the places, when asked how to go to a place the answer was always take a taxi while the hotel is very near the bus station or other buses that you can ride for free.

Cons: Rooms are pretty old. One of the power sockets didn't work. Mildew around in the bathroom. One of the coffee mugs was still wet and dirty! Gross. Room temperature was stuck at 20 degrees Celsius -- we had the most issues with this as temperatures had dropped significantly in Macau during our trip (and extremely wary of catching the cold/virus). There is no central heating in the building even if you're able to increase the temperature to 30 on the control panel. Front desk said we could try another room but later another lady (sorry didn't catch your name) came by with a portable electric heater instead. She later brought us an air purifier as well and offered a plate of fruits. This made things better though we still felt it wasn't worth the price.

Pros: This hotel is at a perfect location - next to the old city of Macau, easy to explore. The view is amazing - on the new Macau and the tower. The hotel had everything one needs - toiletries, hot water, comfortable beds, chargers, slippers... Housekeeping never top up the toiletries item. We ask the female receptionist for extra pillow, but she told us to use the display pillow, which is unacceptable. Room is damp small and compact.

Cons: Noisy and rude mainlanders (what's new?) made would be an enjoyable experience horrible. Had to call front desk twice to get them to tell them to shut up. First time I called it didn't seem to work. Second time I got someone who couldn't speak English unlike the previous guy. Had to go downstairs and muster up my limited Chinese to tell him what is going on. He told them to be quiet but they continued afterwards.
This place needs to always have someone on duty who can speak English and Chinese!

Pros: I Love there bathroom interior and its spacious. If you are sensitive of noise then I suggest you skip this one and look for other accommodation. We keep on hearing loud noises from the exit, specially during dawn. And we can hear the other room guest talking, very loud. There beds were not comfortable, feels like they only had a 2 inch foam and the rest are woods. They have 3 staffs who speak English 1 girl and 2 boys. the girl is okay, she's very friend and very accommodating to all our question, even the other boy the one who wears glasses his nice too. The other boy receptionist, is a snob and was a bit rude when we ask him question. We asked him twice because we did not understand what he was saying and he kinda get mad and was irritated. There wifi connection is very weak, maybe because they have two restaurant downstairs both serves Thai Food, that has same wifi connection with the hotel. Would I stay again??? NO. Will try other accommodation for sure. Why did we stay here? Because they have good reviews online, and the price is very reasonable.
