Every thing over all
Breakfast is okay but the quality can be better. As for the room, the window needs to be cleaned for better view.
Free shuttle service was a plus, and would be better if it could have provided more frequent shuttle services!
The carpet of the room did not clean up well. Generally, the room is not clean before giving to customer.
Very little to like. Best I can say is that the hotel was cheaper than many of the other options available in Macau. However, it was not worth the reduced price and I cannot recommend anyone stay here.
I am shocked that this is considered a four-star hotel and the ratings agency should seriously consider a downgrade. Location was terrible (out of the way and up on a hill). Staff spoke very little English, which was surprising, but would have been manageable if they hadn't also been rude and unhelpful when we asked questions and shown no patience or interest in working with us to communicate. Room was not clean and I found a splotch of blood on the outer sheet on one of the beds. When I complained to the hotel they acted annoyed that I had dared to point this out. They finally changed the sheet but never apologized or did anything further to make up for such a disgusting discovery. We stayed in a four-person suite yet the room's Nescafe coffee machine only came with two pods (one for regular coffee and one for decaf). We asked the front desk to give us 2-3 more caffeinated pods as there were four of us staying in a four-person suite They were again annoyed that we asked and initially refused to bring us the pods, saying that we'd have to pay if we wanted as many pods as we had people. They relented after we explained for the 10th time that it was a four-person room but then brought up two more decaffeinated pods despite us requesting caffeinated pods multiple times. When we pointed out this mistake they were incredibly rude and said they'd switch them out yet we never received any further caffeinated pods. The suite also contained multiple prominent and impossible to miss brochures decorated with scantily clad women (bad enough to make a Victoria's Secret catalog look tame) advertising the hotel's "adult television channels". This was misogynistic, degrading, tacky, and something that I imagine would not appeal to most sophisticated travelers.
Located in Xiangzhou, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Chapel of our Lady of Penha, A-Ma Temple, and Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Centre. Senado Square and Macau Tower are also within 15 minutes.
