The location
The staffs are mostly cantonese speaking. Had difficult communication for English and mandarin

The location in the downtown of the city means that everything is nearby. The pre-paid breakfast is adequate and value for money but there is a lack of choices or varieties.
The hotel has not got a pool/ spa.

Staff is very friendly and highly customer oriented. We firstly got a smoking room but since the windows couldn't open we asked for a non-smoking one instead. With no questions asked, we got a bigger room. The bathtub was great, high water pressure.
Opening a window in this hotel is just not an option. Since we got there from China we were looking forward to some fresh air.
