I like congee at breakfast. not too thick and fried spring rolls are great. Basically I like breakfast here. room is as expected. Staffs are ok. not bad not impressive. just ok. the location is convenient

Just the location apart from that nothing special as everything seems pricey.

The housekeeping staff were extremely reluctant giving out sugar and coffees for guest upon request. Especially we are paying guest and the hotel is pricey and housekeeping lady was murmuring in chinese and pulling a long face towards me. This is ridiculous !!! I dont mind if this sevice coming from a hostel or budget hotel but 350 dollars a night yet she could behave like that to a guest for a coffee and sugar. Hotel needs to educate staff

Great location in the heart of Macau. Walking distance to various attractions and restaurants. We took the HKZM bus from Hong Kong with drop off point at Grand Lisboa, the hotel was a 3 minute walking distance from there. Easily identifiable.

Rooms are pretty old. One of the power sockets didn't work. Mildew around in the bathroom. One of the coffee mugs was still wet and dirty! Gross. Room temperature was stuck at 20 degrees Celsius -- we had the most issues with this as temperatures had dropped significantly in Macau during our trip (and extremely wary of catching the cold/virus). There is no central heating in the building even if you're able to increase the temperature to 30 on the control panel. Front desk said we could try another room but later another lady (sorry didn't catch your name) came by with a portable electric heater instead. She later brought us an air purifier as well and offered a plate of fruits. This made things better though we still felt it wasn't worth the price.
