9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything. All the facilities we're spotless and wonderful, the staff was more than helpful with anything we could have wanted. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect ending to a month in Vietnam.
Cons: There wasn't a single thing we didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is our second stay at Salinda, we have travelled extensively and both of us feel this is probably our favourite hotel, it balances excellent service and breakfast with relative affordability, the on site restaurants are great the drinks are reasonably priced, there is a kids room which looks nice although we didn’t leave our boy there. There is enough sun loungers for the guests and a nice little kids pool for the wee ones - all in all a fantastic hotel with commuted staff well done!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything..... Staff , food, entertainment, spa, literally could not find a fault .... you will not be disappointed
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing not to like
Cons: We loved the resort and would return
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed anywhere in the world. The staff were amazing - they couldn’t do enough for you, and the whole resort was beautiful and spotlessly clean. All three onsite restaurants had delicious food and the day spa was excellent. I truly cannot wait to return for a second holiday at Salinda - next time being for longer!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort.
Cons: Prices in restaurants and bars within the hotel don't include tax and service charge (15%). This is added to every purchase. On checking out this was then on final bill when checking out. Isn't ideal to be paying it twice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at salinda for 6 nights and I was very impressed with this resort. I had an excellent yoga class in the morning in the beautiful garden. The breakfast had many choices and most importantly their coffee was one of best I’ve had. The piano player at breakfast was a nice touch too. I usually don’t leave a comment on this site but on this occasion I would like to thank all the staff! We had an excellent stay!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just perfect! Staff was very nice and helpful. Best breakfast ever, with a lot of variety and quality. Amazing swimming pool and beach. Cleaning service was also perfect. We enjoyed a lot the 5min free massage at the beach. Hotel facilities and restaurants were also very good. We had really enjoyed these perfect days and hope to come back in the future!
Cons: Our shower had poor pressure. Restaurant prices could be a little less expensive.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: the most beautiful resort in phu quoc

Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa - Phu Quoc - Building
3
9.3 Excellent (962 reviews)
Overview Reviews
From the moment we first walked through an uninhabited tropical forest on Phu Quoc Island and discovered a pristine beach in a secluded coral bay boasting panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand, we were inspired to create Green Bay Resort. We immediately had a vision of an eco-conscious, five-star boutique resort that nurtured the natural beauty of one of the secluded Vietnam beaches. Our goal was to develop a world class resort in Phu Quoc without disturbing the island’s enchanting, rustic aura. Our luxurious lodgings incorporate natural and sustainably-sourced materials while featuring all of the modern amenities that guests would expect from a superlative boutique holiday experience . Every day you will see a team of gardeners carefully maintaining the bucolic beauty throughout the resort. Each and every detail throughout our resort – from the serene setting of our spa through the restaurants and to the infinity pool bar that overlooks a pristine shoreline and the turquoise waters of a coral fringed-bay, guests will appreciate how Green Bay Resort strives to protect its most precious asset: the natural beauty of Phu Quoc Island.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved staying at the green bay. Great attention to detail from collection at the airport (you are given cold bottles of water and refreshing cloth), the wooden interior through the hotel and the well kept grounds to the cool tiki bar which is great for watching the sun go down. The rooms are amazing with an outdoor shower and bath. The bed is massive and very comfortable. The aircon isn't that strong and takes a while to cool the room but the setting makes it worthwhile. The beach is immaculate and you can also kayak and Paddle board for free. You can also rent motorbikes from the resort from 250,000 for 1 day. Food is relatively well priced and drinks are also moderate (60,000 beer, 180,000 cocktails). The tiki bar has a happy hour and a singer from 8pm. Having stayed at two other 5 star hotels in phu quoc, the green bay was our favourite place by far! Strongly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful stay close to nature and environmentally friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place to get way from Vietnamese craziness! Good spa service. Rich breakfast menu. Clean and arranged area. Free snorkeling, SUP, kayaking equipment. Free bicycle and possibility to rent a motorcycle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really liked the bedroom and bathroom tasteful decor and the large comfy bed. Air conditioning together with ceiling fan was a must, so very appreciated! Breakfast was fantastic, great choice and quality. The swimming pools and proximity to the beach were great too. The staff was very friendly. We appreciated to be able to have a very late checkout on our last day when our flight changed to 3 hours later than planned, so we could still enjoy the resort instead of waiting hours at the airport, thank you!
Cons: We found diners a little expensive at the resort restaurants (but good food).
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: They gave me a cake for our anniversary.
Cons: My wife and I both got sick from our private pool. Everything was overpriced and the service was so extremely SLOW! It took them over an hour to make a salad. The refrigerator does not really keep things cool and the keycard is the only thing that gives power to the room so you will go out for the day and come back to a scorching hot room. Again I can not over emphasize how slow the service was, even for just a beer they took over 10 minutes. It was a waste of money. They had a special promotion on spa treatment for 30% off then tried to say my wife's treatment didnt qualify for a discount after. They also did a horrible job on her nails it looked like a 5 year old painted them and the paint just chipped off within a day anyways. My bed sheets also smelled like cigarettes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.. The place is a dream!
Cons: Ongoing maintenance can be noisy but there is no avoiding that, I guess. Also, if you like to walk along long beaches, this is not the most accessible place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Garden and grounds are lovely, enjoyed the garden view bungalows with their privacy, spacious room, balcony, indoor and outdoor bathroom and very comfortable big bed. Staff were pleasant, attentive and always helpful. Massage at the Spa was excellent in a private, outdoor garden setting with a slight breeze which was great.
Cons: Limited to only one restaurant as the other was being renovated. There were some inaccurate meal descriptions in English on the menu
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place and service. We love it! Highly recommend it!
Cons: All hood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have booked a garden bungalow only for 1 night (weekend). The hotel respects the nature and the equipment is great. We really enjoyed the peacefulness. Amazing staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Homes, very clean, nice personell with good English skills, relaxing, quiet
Cons: Very high prices in the restaurant (3-5 times normal Vietnamese prices)

Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic, right on long beach and 2km from the night market! The breakfast selection was good, Room was comfortable, Gardens were beautiful and the pools were great! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could of stayed longer
9.0 Excellent
Pros: we liked the green surroundings, and relatively small size resort so everything has been to overseen. The extra free yoga lessons has been a definite plus. We have been able to play the table games inside our spacey room or outside in a opes-air roofed place with tables and chairs (and fans). The new infinity pool is really great so you have plenty of choice to relax: just be the see, on grassy/sandy field, or at the pool.
Cons: Unfortunately there is always undesired noice during thday: reconstructions on the property or the neighbouring property, grass cutting (well it needs to be done), etc etc. However, it is quite like that all over in Vietnam
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Nice bar by the beach. Nice pool-area. Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Nice well-kept garden.
Cons: A little confusion about the happy-hour by the bar. Buy two, get three. If you are a couple, it is easier to pay for one, and get the other one for free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Best breakfast buffet during our trip through Vietnam - geat restaurant for dinner, awesome food - Yoga lessons for free (was fun and a good workout) - lovely, nice furnitured rooms with a big balcony - lovely garden - tasty cocktails, coffee,... - the stuff is really motivated and friendly We would definitely recommend the hotel!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was fantastic and the private beach was so clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly also
Cons: Nothing - it was perfect!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The mosquito nets were very convenient. Easy to rent a scooter. Very friendly staff. A lot of choices for breakfast. And great tastes as well. The chocolate lava cake at the spice house was really good.
Cons: The room was too heavily perfumed with cinnamon. For us, the menu for dinner is a bit western orientated, the food tastes good though.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great staff. Good rooms and gardens. The sunsets from the beach and pool are magnificent. Short cab ride to Duong Dong. The breakfasts have good choice and are served from Cassia's Spice House Restaurant. Even if you are not staying at Cassia Cottage, this restaurant is worth visiting.
Cons: In hindsight, I would have booked an upstairs room with the balcony. although they don't have n outdoor shower, they would be quieter.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the beach front villa. Great breakfast. The staff always pleasant and very helpful.
Cons: The showers. Very difficult to get an even temperature, very hot or cold.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The environment and view are excellent. All the staffs are nice and helpful, who good at speck in English so we can communicate. The facilities provided are suitable so we can enjoy a relaxing trip.
Cons: The location is far away from the centre of Phu Quoc. If you want to go to the night market, you may need to take taxi or grab. And the spa is a little bit expensive.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The premises are deliciously quaint with remarkable grounds very well kept and most attentive and professional staff. The Spa is worth the detour where the atmosphere adds charm to our pampering. The free airport transfers are a most-appreciated delicate attention.
Cons: I would only recommend that guests be provided with an easy-to-read card for taxis indicating --in Vietnamese-- the exact location and providing a map. Such would avoid difficult discussions with drivers hardly English-speaking and not always aware of addresses.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with a nice beach and beautiful gardens. Staff can't do enough to help you. In a good location near to town and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most friendly and helpful staff you could ever wish to meet.
6.3 Good

Pros: The room was big, clean, with wooden furnitures, we recieved water in the morning and water in the evening and towels for the beach. The buffet breakfast in a restaurant, souranded by the beautiful garden. everyrhing was tasty and there was a lot of dishes to choose, many of them served hot. Always fresh fruits and some cakes as addition. Coffee and lemonade was tasty. The stuff was polite and helpful. There was quiet and green - beautiful garden around. In my opinion everything look much better than on the photos. Moreover - close to the beach and several restaurants around. I had a birthday staying there and I received a plate o fruits and birthday wishes - a nice surprised.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to public beach. Nice common area with 2 swimming pools. Friendly and helpful staff. They have motorbikes for rent and free bicycles. Free from and to airport shuttle if You're staying more than 5 nights was nice as well.
Cons: nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom and bathroom very luxurious! The gardens were beautiful. Very good attention to detail.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Confort, cleannig, breakfast, beautiful garden and pools. The people from the restaurant are very kind.
Cons: The majority of the bikes are in really bad shape (breaks don't work, pedals and chain with problems, etc...). Althought the A/C on the rooms works good, there are always mosquitos at night, it would be helpfull having a net in each bed. It was said, case we didn't want to replace the towels we should leave them in the bathroom and the waitresses wouldn't replace. We did that but they always replaced the towels...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else.
Cons: Breakfast finish time of 9.30am is a little early.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is more than friendly. Everything was clean. They make up your room everyday! Swimmingpools are lovely. The bamboo bistro is realy good, but if you want something else, there are enough other restaurants around the cottage village. I think one of the best resorts in the area!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Two nice pools. Good access to restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach.
Cons: Room was a little musty.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: - the villa has a beautiful design. - bed and pillows were comfortable. - the resort is so quite, clean and beautiful. - the spa is amazing had a great massage. -The staff and reception were very friendly and helpful. -The beach is so clean. -The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
Cons: - The staff is so friendly, but they need more of English that might causes mistakes in food orders or getting information etc. - The breakfast in Secret Garden needs to add more variety of food. - The room service kind of slow. - The slide doors in the room have some gaps and don't fully closed which allow insect to get into the room. - the pool in the villa is pretty but not clean and the water doesn't circulate.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything! It was a perfect vecation.
Cons: It was a bit far from the center but it didn't really matter since it's such a perfecr place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place for the ones who want to relax, get away from busy daily life and enjoy perfect weather, spa, great food and beach. We stayed in private villa very close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in the resort for 4 nights. The villa was in very high quality with private pool and terrace, where we could enjoy cup of coffee every morning before breakfast. Daily spa treatments helped to relax even better. Moreover there are plenty of activities from beach volleyball, canoeing to arrangement of tours to explore the island. If we are coming back to Phu Quac again- Fusion resort will be the choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort is absolutely amazing. Totally exceeded our expectations (and the pictures make you expect quite a lot!...). The villas are incredible: spacious, wonderfully and lightly furnished, great shower and cool bathtub. the private pool and garden are exquisite! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! Also, the spa treatments are absolute bliss
Cons: absolutely nothing at all! it's just perfect :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The spa inclusive.
Cons: There are bugs and mosquitoes around -->The resort could have better repellent treatment for the comfort of guests. Food in restaurant is expensive and below expectation. The resort doesn't seem to have as many guests as they claimed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: beach and seawater is very clean and beautiful. Very spacious pool at villa and villa itself (we had 2 bedroom villa with ocean view). Very relaxing atmosphere. Hotel territory is very big, clean and beautiful. Food at restaurant is very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed a villa pool a lot.
Cons: no USB ports at villa, sockets were not quite fitting our charging devices. Spa services are included, but the facility is very simple and due to a lot of people were waiting for spa, the whole spa treatment was not that much enjoyable as we were normally expecting (like for example at Vinpearl Nah Chang or at Cebu - Crimson Spa). You can feel that the spa staff are tired because they are doing treatments the whole day. Also some treatments were shorter than in menu list (20 mins instead of 40). Inside the villa, there are some stairs made from tile or something, like near the bed - which quite unsafe, I tripped once and had a bruises. Especially this villa is not safe for kids. No sunbeds at beach across a villa, you need to walk to main pool to enjoy lying at the beach. Some insects/mosquito, lizards. We all were bitten and kids especially. Bites were gone after 2 weeks. Quite far from airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and clean facilities. A perfect end to our travel around Vietnam for our Honeymoon.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fusion Phu Quoc is amazing. The individual villas are great, restocked with water and coffee each day. The spa facilities and guaranteed spa treatments each day are a lovely touch (as I’m sure is the afternoon tea, which we sadly didn’t make use of). The private beach is beautiful and it is nice to have both a private villa pool and a larger infinity pool (oh, and a proper swimming pool if you want to swim properly!) Breakfast spread is amazing and dinner at pezca was great (if extortionately expensive, but I guess you expect that when you’re captive.) Most of all, the staff were brilliant, particular shout out to Truong, who helped me arrange a private meal on the beach to surprise my partner (and propose!), and the staff that served us that night, making it ultra special - Sen and Anh, I think. Their attention to detail and friendliness was fantastic, making for the perfect proposal.
Cons: Food and alcohol were extortionately expensive but I suppose that’s what you get and to be expected in an exclusive resort in those surroundings!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Love our villa's peaceful river view with complete privacy. Staff are very attentive and on their feet as we need to travel by buggy from our room to the spa, beach, restaurants, etc. we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Clean beach with mesmerizing sunset. I have nothing to complain about the facilities & ambiance of the resort.
Cons: Spa treatments are inclusive thus it wasn't easy for us to book the timing that accommodate our schedules; we indeed had to plan our outings base on the spa's availability. Vietnamese food at the restaurants here isn't authentic and doesn't meet our taste-bud.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The stuff was very nice and helpful. The resort is beautiful and the villa is perfect! Great sunsets :) we did a snorkeling travel that Truong the fosionista organized for us that was amazing (but pretty expensive).
Cons: The option to order the breakfast “any time” is very poor compared to the (very good) buffet option. You expect from this kind of resort to provide bicycles while you stay there.
Chen Sea Resort & Spa - Phu Quoc - Bedroom
9
9.1 Excellent (1,167 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Phu Quoc, Chen Sea Resort & Spa is on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Ong Lang Beach and Phu Quoc National Park. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a ferry terminal shuttle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was beautiful and the buildings charming, yet modern. The staff was exceptional and made sure that the guests' needs were attended to. The beach was very clean and there was plenty of space on the beach to relax or do some activities like kayak or paddle board. The infinity pool was great as well. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, there isn't a reason to leave the resort! Breakfast buffet was delicious and had good variety. The outdoor bathtub was great for relaxing in the evening and the outdoor shower was exquisite. We had a wonderful stay.
Cons: The bungalows have two units separated by a double door and some sound leaks through, especially if your neighbor has a shrill phone alarm that they don't turn off until you politely bang on the door. There really isn't much within walking distance as far as restaurants go. Though there are bikes available for free, I wouldn't feel great about biking around at night with no lights (wouldn't be seen well). The hotel restaurant is very good, but priced accordingly.
6.7 Good
Pros: It has a nice location and the Italian management distinguishes the resort clearly from the more conventional alternatives. The food is nice, some of the staff are really making an effort. The villas are nicely laid out and there is attention to detail.
Cons: There is an inconsistency in the service level and some parts of the resort look a bit tired which isn’t helped by house keeping being more efficient than effective. We upgraded for some of our stay to one of the bigger villas which was great and very atmospheric but unfortunately not very clean. The beach staff are unfortunately just not very good, there were faced with strong winds and their response was to not allow sun umbrellas open without any alternatives for shade. We also not once had help with our sun loungers and watched many people organising it all themselves whilst the staff were chatting. Similar with some restaurants staff that kept talking amongst each other rather than attending to their guests. The shuttle service to the airport which charges per person was unfortunately another incident where we felt slightly taken advantage of as with our room upgrade which we paid for, we missed out on our welcoming fruit and drink and got a worse room than originally shown when deciding for the partial upgrade. So overall room for improvement.
7.1 Good
Pros: The sport activities, the room, the facilities, the way care is given through out the day.
Cons: We stayed in villa for 7 nights in Chen Sea. We didnt like the food. It lacks depth, variety, and has uneven quality. The menu is ok for 2 days eating, but starting from day 3 we ran out of choices. Pasta and Pizza were a big part of the menu but these dishes were WAY below average. We find our taste buds jump with joy when it comes to Vietnamese dishes. Imagin having typical exciting contrasting fresh and aromatic taste of Vietnamese flavours in hot days while chilling at the beaches.. but sadly the choice is too limited. Unless the menu and quality of cooking change, we will not come back. We choose beaches in Vietnam and not other countries for a very important reason during holiday: amazing healthy tasty fresh food. We feel blessed with the sea and the facilities of the resort. But whenever we order food, its so hard to enjoy, we have to try to be positive. Which is sad, we are on holidays, not work. Breakfast menu is the same every day. After 2 days we became very unmotivated and saddened when it come to breakfast, actually any meals or snacks in Chen Sea. We booked the villa for the reason that in the advertisement it has big garden, so our toddler can safely run around. But when we arrived and checked in the room, we realised it has no garden, just a very small part of grass next to the pool which is not so convenient for toddler running around. We thought the photo tricked us and laughed about it, until later we realised the villa we were given were the only one without garden. Every other villa has big garden just like the advertisement. The good thing is when we notify the resort, they arraged for us to move next day to a big garden villa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location, great attention to detail, stunning rooms and great food

At the end we decided to have little weding ceremony with my fiance, we spoke to manager Khai and he totaly fulfilled our expectations. He was very kind and all employees were so nice. Stunning place, delicious breakfasts, nothing to reproach. Tereza, Tomas, Krystof, Veronika. Greetings from Prague!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Need more choices of restaurants and wide menu for room service!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staffs are nice, supportive and polite. They are customer oriented.
Cons: Foods are so bad. Cleaniness is bad. Many pests died in our villa due to pesticides. Rooms are new but full of paint smells. And they took pictures of our faces for recognition, we asked them to delete the pictures for the privacy of our recognition but they did not delete.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room is exactly how it looks like on the picture. The room is big and clean.
Cons: The staff asked us about the transportation to the airport more than 3 times, and it took us more than three times for calling for room services. The internal information flow needs to be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so luxurious, everything was amazing. We loved our butler Phu Truong. He was so genuine and always happy to serve. We felt so pampered and Phu Truong was the bonus on top of a perfect holiday.
Cons: The plumbing in our bathrooms smelt off. We ate pizza at the a la cartel restaurant and the sausage was not nice, and I felt abit sick afterwards.

5.0 Okay
Pros: just as normal
Cons: not much activity during the staying
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Remarkably polite staff, very cleen, great food with a variety of choices, clean beach. There was small misunderstanding with our meal plan for which we were given free massage at the Akaya Spa and free dinner at the Pepper restaurant which were both excelent.
Cons: Everything was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice resort. Crystal clear, private beach. We stayed in Oct in a 3 bed room villa, and practically have the whole beach to ourselves. Very peaceful and enjoyable. Everywhere we went, from theme park, water park etc to restaurant there was no Q so it’s great. Foods at restaurant is good too.
Cons: Staffs at airpot who handles transport to resort are not well trained, make us walked back and forth 3 times in order to get into the bus, because there was no coordination between the person who checked the list and the one who supposed to bring us to the bus. They pointed us to different directions. We were tired after the connecting flights and they make us, group of 6 including 2 elders walk under the sun back and forth, quite frustrating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: You’ve got everything you need for a perfect holiday. The staff was helpful and nice. Diversity in entertainment. The tuk-tuk services were very convenient. Free airport shuttle service.
Cons: The Akoya spa was an amazing place but the massage skill left room for improvement.
7.9 Good
Cons: Some applied changes are not great. Some issues were presented i terms of food and service quality. Also, several applied changes are not great.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The food was wonderful and the staff incredible. The location is unbelievably beautiful.
Cons: This place doesn’t have a/c or a pool, but that’s part of the point and it’s unique beauty. It has the best beach so there’s no need for a pool and the eco cabins make it a very special experience, but in terms of comfort, this place isn’t for everyone. We loved it, but we weren’t looking more for a unique experience than for the lap of luxury.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: we love the beach, children played in it all day!
Cons: nothing bad, recommend to keep on working on the menu for healthy and vegetarian options for breakfast lunch and dinner
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is top notch. We discovered the Sandy beach on the second day, and it was one of the nicest we have been to. The staff were helpful, and always pleasant to us. Very good. We can’t fault the service here. Food at both restaurants was not cheap, but generally good quality. Breakfast was good and included (so it should be for the price).
Cons: For a family we did not think the price reflected value for money. It was the most expensive place we stayed at, and generally the prices for most food and beverages almost matched what we would pay at home. We ate and drank mainly in the local cafes because of this. Our room was furtherest from reception and the sandy beach. We had no bar fridge (ice chest only), and the a/c was ok, although one of the units was below par. I get that the resort is pushing the “eco” side of things, but for basic bungalow accommodation for a family, at almost $300AUD per night, it’s too expensive. And no swimming pool for the kids. An pool sharing arrangement with the resort next door would be a good idea.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved pretty much everything! So relaxing and great attention to detail. Sunsets from both restaurants were wonderful. The private thatched roof bungalow with sea views was so charming and we loved sitting on our private porch. The staff was so friendly and thoughtful-top notch. The location is secluded on a beautiful beach yet a short walk to restaurants and shops. Paddle boards and kayaks are free to use and free daily yoga! Food was delicious and the Lychee cilantro cocktail was fantastic! The cooling system for the bed was amazing— what an awesome eco friendly alternative to air conditioning! We will be back for sure!
Cons: A pool would be nice— but the ocean was so lovely to swim in I did not miss a pool as much as I thought I would. Would be nice to have less expensive bar menu available as an option. Room could have better lighting— it was a bit dark.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: could not fault it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great resort with brilliant restaurant and F&B, friendly staff and very calm and clean beach. Eco-friendly concept. Very enjoyable!!! Hotel offered shuttle from/to airport Phu Quoc, which is complementary and very convenient. Absolutely a cool place for a high-class retreat. Free activities like Yoga on a daily basis, Spa is available at extra cost.
Cons: We stayed in one of the Bungalows, which are relatively dark, with partly-open doors and windows - it is a bit scary at night. We would not pick a bungalow again but prefer a room... Lots of mosquitos in the evenings and at nights, hence it is required to apply some spray/lotion (also complementary provided by hotel). Spa treatment prices are relatively high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful natural location which has been carefully designed not to impact the environment too much. Peaceful with everything you need. Food excellent in both restaurants with staff providing perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency.
Cons: Nothing
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Loved the laid back, rustic character of this place. The resort restaurant was very good -- food and ambiance (deck right on the oceanfront).

Pros: We loved our room, the food, the location & the staff!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place with very nice staff always kind and willing to please. The swimming pool and beach are amazing. The building very beautifully.
Cons: Too many kids! The kids would wake up very early and start to run and make noise around 7am! The hotel should have a floor/area without kids for people who wants to rest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and our villa far exceeded our expectations
Cons: Only disadvantage is that it’s so far away from the rest of Phu Quoc but still plenty to do around the resort
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice golf course nearby, plenty to do for every age around resort.
Cons: Whole area is under construction building a big theme park and aqua land which reminded us of Disneyland. Beside the construction noise and a reception which was not able to handle complaints, the resort is made for Asian and Russian tourists. Too plastic fantastic for Europeans.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent life guards and staff
Cons: Need more vegetarian choice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Views from ocean view deluxe rooms are amazing. Definitely worth the money. Vinpearl Safari & golf course is just beautiful. Vinpearl resort & Golf is perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location. Fantastic pool and gym facilities.
Cons: It rained for most of the time we were there, there were leaks everywhere, so slippery. There was only one restaurant opened, but had to walk to another building, so always got wet Need to restrict gym to adults only, there were kids running around unsupervised while their mother was exercising, very dangerous not to mention annoying as the kids were bouncing the gym ball next to me and knocked over my water, so I had to stop my exercise to clean up the spillage.

Cons: The breakfast restaurant was too loud.
6.7 Good
Pros: nice premises, as expected
Cons: not sufficient cleaning services - I staid 5 nights but linens were not changed at all.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Luxury, good services.
Cons: Great service and very nice atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Place
Cons: There should be some nightly entertainment space like a disco, somewhere to have drinks and listen to music. The price of drinks such as beer is very high in the restaurant, there should be daily offers of good fish for food,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are very helpful and friendly! Tuk tuk service is efficient!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best hotel in phu quok! We got a huge villa, very spacious, very luxurious, very well equipped and tastefully decorated with big TV, private pool with lake view. The shuttle service is very efficient, both inside and outside the hotel pick up and droop off from the airport. Also they have shuttle to the city 2 ways. Reception and departure are very efficient, everything is computerized and modern. The place itself, the gardens and pools are clean and well kept and everything is very green and beautiful to the eye. The beach is clean and the water are clear, there are many beach facilities to guests use

Various daily activities such as kayaking snorkeling also make Nam Nghi as an ideal place for couples honeymooners group of friends family getaway intimate wedding ceremonies and incentive groups.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: So peaceful, surrounded by magnificent gardens and water on both sides of the head land. The room was spacious with a great balcony and a hammock. Very private (though we saw some other rooms were not) so we were happy.
Cons: No milk (even powder milk) with the room tea and coffee. Asked reception and they made us pay so we could have some.... Not great for a luxurious hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, extremely relaxing and wonderfully attentive staff.
Cons: The journey from the airport to the hotel was a little unnerving at times but it was free, so all considered, it’s a non-factor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel,Clean room and beach and bonus private island with beach and bar
Cons: Food choices needs to be improved as well the music in restaurants and Rockbar. Apart from that it's pretty good.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Terrible experience had to leave half way
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very far from every Phu Quoc famous place, spent a lot of transport fee.
Cons: Quiet & excellent place
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nam Nghi is a beatiful isolated resort with a unique private island and beach. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and all the staff is kind and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the beach is great. The breakfast has a lot of choice and the food is delicious.
Cons: We booked a private boat at the reception with the manager that should take us to beautiful desert islands and all we got were some islands full of garbage. Not at all what we expected.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Ambience. The trees n well designed villas that blend with the old jungle. I like the recreation island that guests can go swimming, kayaking etc
Cons: Too little lights, in the room, bathroom n hallway. Should improve menus n food at the tree house. I don't like dj dance music at the rock bar. Not sure if others like as i font think dance music goes with the sunset.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rock island and that it had its own coral reef and the bar there with the sunset was amazing. Our villa was stunning and we loved our meal at the tree house and the waitress Ngan was lovely and even gave us some tips for the rest of our holiday. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: With it being an environmental friendly hotel I was hoping that there would be some emphasis on also removing the trash from the beaches which are surrounded by the hotel.

Kiki Coconut Beach Resort - Phu Quoc - Building

Situated along the shores of Ham Ninh Village, Kiki Coconut Beach Resort offers tranquil and comfortable accommodation with stunning views of the sea. It operates a 24-hour front desk and provides luggage storage facility. Featuring a terrace, bungalows come with a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom includes towels and shower facility. At Kiki Coconut Beach Resort, friendly staff is fluently-conversed in Vietnamese and English. Activities such as fishing and diving can be arranged, while shuttle services are available at a surcharge. The property is about 11 km from Phu Quoc International Airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kiki and her hubby were very helpful in every way! They even sat down with me and told me which places I should visit. Also, the food was amazing!!! I’m definitely going back there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really good and nice, personal try help you in every situation, personal servis more than they have to do! Really nice stay and thanks for everything! Honestly one of the best stay what I got ! Recommanded to all guest around the world !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Kiki, her husband George, and the rest of the staff are wonderful. George makes it a point to have a conversation with guests every day, telling stories and offering advice. The sand comes right up to the front steps of the three bungalows and provides a large area between the buildings and the waterline with chairs, tables, hammocks, and shade from the many palm trees. No need for shoes during your stay. The bungalows are relatively spacious (compared to hotel rooms), and would be even nicer if there was a way to get outside airflow at night so that the air conditioner is not needed. Room can be paid with credit card (with 2% fee), but any meals will need to be paid by cash. Be aware as there are no nearby ATMs. The menu in their little kitchen is quite extensive with mainly Vietnamese items, but also three flavors of spaghetti. On-demand water heater in the shower provides hot water, but it is low flow due to their well situation. Wifi was stable, but somewhat slow. But you are in the middle of nowhere, so any wifi is nice. Many of the guests that came and went during our week at Kiki's did various activities on the island during their days. We found that just puttering around Kiki's and watching the water was just fine - no need to run around all the time. The location is on the quiet side of the island. It is a bit of a drive (like 350,000 VND taxi each way) to get into the "big" city. Sun rises right outside the bungalow doors, but sets on the other side of the island. Quiet at night - essentially no traffic noises, just a rustle of wind and gentle waves.
Cons: Like most of Vietnam, there is litter everywhere - except at Kiki's. They clean their bit of paradise constantly, but the surrounding beaches and roadsides are covered in trash. Having a second operable window to enable air flow at night would keep the room more comfortable without turning on the air conditioner.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really cool hosts, Nelson and Kiki (the couple that run the place) are super nice and friendly, really accomodating and welcoming, lots of good info too. Food is good and the location is excellent if you want to be away from all the hussle and bustle of the main town.
Cons: The only possible improvement I could see is maybe improving the beach area to the left and right by tidying it up and keeping it nice, although these areas may not belong to their villa in which case maybe it's out of their hands. Apart from that it's a cool place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: clean and comfort bungalow, landscaped area, everything for silence and relax.
Cons: no beach, extremely bad road surface to destination, a little intrusive owners, a lot of insects and no mosquito coils provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are clean The resort is well maintained The sea front is nice Warm welcome of Kiki and George
Cons: Location is too far away on short stay (1h30 round trip by scooter to go to must see places of the island) Dinner has to be served at 7pm with other guests which was more of a contraint for us looking for peace and serenity coming to that kind of secluded resort No beach though one could be arranged as the little sand space on the sea is full of trash Overall the stay is overpriced
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very beautiful and peaceful place. Silent, clean, good food, cute dogs - very good value for money. We had a lovely stay. The hosts are the most friendly people you will meet, and they have tons of great recommendations for Phu Quoc and Vietnam in general.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved the atmosphere and personal care that we all was treated with at Coconut Beach Resort. Its one of these places you hide in your heart as a preciouse memory. Sitting at night on the beach under the stars sharing meals with interesting travellers from all over the world.....what else could you wish? Kiki and George does really make this place unique allthough one should be aware that this brings nothing of the luxury that a lot of the new resorts offer. Special recommendation to request the Robinson House for those who wants to stay for more then some few nights. This is where you go to get away from it all :)
Cons: In general it is very sad to se the exploation and pollution of this island, although that has nothing to do specifically with Kiki Coconut Beach Resort. (!) They are struggling very hard to keep the area as clean as possible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very chilled resort, great bungalows, lots of space. Beach and sea is clean, nice for swimming and snorkelling. Fantastic food in restaurant set out over sea. Very helpful staff. This place is near paradise on earth. The resort is an oasis of tranquillity that seems to attract like minded travellers.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners - warm and superkind! They bring all the guests together. The place is very peaceful and calm. Only 20 minutes from the airport! The road was surprisingly good;) We'll be baaack!! PS The best Kilku coffee ans Koko dooog!
Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa - Phu Quoc - Building
2

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a beautiful hotel at a bargain price! Very large and luxurious suite overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was decadent, full of choices. Many kinds of exotic fruit, Vietnamese dishes plus all kinds of Western more traditional breakfast items.
Cons: The beach area should be better maintained and monitored during the day. Towels were strewn everywhere and chairs were not neatly arranged.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing new hotel with nice staff, beautiful sunset, 20 minute walk to Night Market, good private beach.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a brilliant place to chill out after a hectic trip. The pool was great, it was clean and had plenty of space and beds to sit on. The beach was clean and beds available, it had an amazing view and great sunset. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to offer for all cuisines. Staff were lovely and helpful. If anything make sure you stay here longer than a few nights.
Cons: I felt people who were filling up their water bottles with juice at breakfast should be stopped. This brings down the hotel. The hotel is lovely but it’s surroundings don’t really fit when it comes to local restaurants. We ate nearby a few nights and other nights we got a taxi to restaurants but all the taxi’s were cheap. This isn’t a hotel fault though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff helpful friendly and knowledgable Braekfast was very good as an English person my tea was Luke warm and onoccassions there were no glasses for drinks.
Cons: Bar area was tiny and when we visited there was nobody there. Shower was never hot. There was very few sun beds and people left towels on them all day and never returned to them. The large fish should not be in that tiny pool it’s cruel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fantastic
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and clean. But it s kind of little boring because less of some activities like: massage, arcade, music...
Cons: Do not have local food , handcraft or souvenir store
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel looked to be fairly new.
Cons: When it rained some of the windows in the hallway were leaking. Also the floors were extremely slippery when wet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, international buffet, 20 minutes walking distance to night Market, free airport transfer, surroundings full of local food

Pros: Amazing staff, clean and comfortable room. Same as pictures. Excellent sea view from our booked sea view room. In 2 min on the beach. Breakfast was different every day and very tasty!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bedrooms and nice staff
Cons: The beach is small but is very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very great time in this hotel. Huge room, delicious breakfast and perfect located. The stuff was especially friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.
Cons: Unfortunately we had a room facing the street, so that we were woken up every day at seven o'clock in the morning.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Narrow beach and pool area. You cannot see that on the pictures. We had little crawling animals in our bed the second night. We could change rooms, but the new room had the same issue. The third room was ok, but we then had noise early in the morning due to construction work besides the hotel (Mountain view rooms not to recommend). We got no price Discount because of the issues (only a free transport to the airport).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great private beach, ideal for our holiday. Very good restaurants close to the hotel, on the beach. Great room and no noise from construction sites, since we had a room with sea view. We got a room upgrade, because we had our honeymoon there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: In the surrounding area there are construction sites, creating mess/garbage. However this was not visible on the property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice deco, Friendly staff, beach front, many restaurants & spas within walking distance & all very reasonably priced.
Cons: Beach was crowded as it’s shared with 2 beach pubs, but water is nice and clear.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very good Breakfast. They have cheap motorbikes.
Cons: Is next to a Night club, and next to a Building under construction , so is a little bit noisy. With this in mind, should be cheaper than the actual price.
