Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning decor that’s very tastefully done. Shops & restaurants are strategically placed where you don’t have to go through the casino to access them. Loved the breakfast at the pool cafe and buns & bubbles the two places we frequented. Much quieter & not too crowded like other hotels on the strip. Walking distance to Cotai Strip & other hotels, loved the performance lake, skycab & musical fountains!!!

Pros: First of all, the check in, we saw check ins at the other mainstream hotels like venetian, the queue for the check in was just ridiculous...but here at conrad, you are attended immediately with very lovely staff! We loved the personal touch here and there within the rooms, such as the bears, ducks, candies, notes, odd little thing to mention too but we esepcially loved the comfy robes!! (Really sad that we didnt have time at the end to buy and take home) Also one mega plus point is that they have their own concierge like device which gives us really helpful tips and most of all, the free wifi access, which you can take out of the hotel and use all over macau! In general we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay for longer or come back again very soon’

Cons: The access of the lifts bothered me, as Conrad had a casino below and it is also within the same complex as other hotels as well as a shopping mall.... so we would have expected there to be extra security measures within the lifts, ie hotel room floors should not be accessible unless you scan your room key ( which is common in many hotels across the globe). Theres also no extractor fan within the bathroom (or at least not one that we managed to find), so it gets super steamy after one person has shower/bath. If anything else, just the breakfast place was a tad far away for early mornings:)

Cons: 1- The hotel should add their logo on the buses like other hotels so we can understand. As a first time i visited the city , i had the worst experience to reach a hotel in past 10 years. 2- the construction work are very noisy and i found a letter in the room from the manager that sorry about the construction! They should tell us before the check in and even on the booking site so we can choose which hotel will be our best option not once we reach the hotel room then (surprise there is construction work on going )

Had pleasant encounters with the staff, particularly the Filipinos (Filipino ladies in Bene who despite the full load would take the time to speak with other guests and even offer to cut a dragonfruit for me, Wilson Webster at the SPG front desk who made our first encounter in the hotel a funny and pleasant one and Earth Espinosa also in Bene who serviced us with gusto) and one Chinese lady from housekeeping Wu Guan Mei who made our stay a touching experience with a tiny gesture of leaving an extra bottle of water with a note (in Chinese, which we asked someone to translate) after seeing lots of medicine (maintenance meds) on the table. Tiny gestures such as these remind us of how the world can be a much better place with a little thought and kindness.

Cons: I was in Macau for a friends's wedding. Before arriving i contacted the hotel and inform them that we have a back to back booking 2 days stay paid by me and 1 day stay paid by my friend and another 1 day stay paid by me the hotel replied that we had to state this when checking in and depends on availability. But when i arrived the hotel said they were not informed that i had a back to back booking and had to move rooms on the day of my friend's wedding and they said we had to move because of the WIIFI. Knowing that we will stay continuously a room with no problems should have been arrange for us. Which was really troublesome because my friend and i had to move ALL our belonging and drag our luggage. I think the arrangement and organization of the hotel can be improve. The hotel lobby was always crowded. :(

Cons: As a vegetarian I'd say the options are limited. For dinner we got in take out Pizza from Honest Pizza, which by the way was amazing! I'd recommend that having some clearly defined vegetarian option, some western options like Pizza. If you wanted, see if Honest Pizza would be happy to be an official Room Service option, that pizza is just amazing! That being said, the staff and the Kitchen went beyond to provide vegetarian options for lunch which was hugely appreciated.

Pros: The rooms and check-in service are amazing. Cat is super nice and helpful. She extended our check out time to 12:00pm and arranged us rooms with very nice view.
Cons: However, before we left the hotel, a cleaner knocked our door at 11:50 am and asked us to check-out asap. This was a bit unpleasant, since our check out time was extended to 12. And the shuttle bus to the boarder and to airport are not frequent enough. It took us almost 30 mins to wait for the bus.

Cons: When we checked in at about noon, they promised we could have the room as requested but only available at 3pm, we confirmed it's fine with us. However, when we came back to check in counter, there was another story from another staff. Very disappointed.

Cons: 1. The front desk staff didn't smile at all the entire time he was checking me in. He was more helpful when I checked out of the hotel. 2. The signs are also poor and lacking if you're looking for the hotel lobby from inside the COD shopping mall. It's through an easily missed dark, small passage by the escalators. 3. It's a dark (no window) toilet in the room.

Cons: One telephone operator or front desk staff who speaks a little english dont know how to spell in english when I called on Nov 21 to confirm booking for 22-23, not even using the basic words such as Telephone, three,taxi as examples for Letter “T” when i was asked to spell my name thomas..she keeps on repeating letter D or B but not T, even i spelled the whole alphabet already.It was so frustrating.

Cons: Communication was a bit of a challenge. I wish more staff members could speak English, and I also wish I could speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese. But finding people who can communicate in English appears to be a challenge everywhere in Macau.
