Lisbon hotels near Praça dos Restauradores

Pros: The location was perfect! Walking distance to most points of interest, nightlife just steps away. The whole staff was on point and super helpful. Karen at the front desk was the best! She was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel everyone.

Pros: The Corpo Santo was superb in every way, but especially in the service and friendliness of every one of the staff, from the desk clerks to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff. There were so many extras that we did not anticipate, like getting a delicious nut tart or several cookies placed in our room while we were out for the day. It was wonderful to see how staff seemed to like one another and worked together for the customer's benefit. An example was having requested a dinner reservation from the concierge, then returning later when the concierge was away from his desk. A desk clerk was already aware of what I had discussed with the concierge and completed the reservation for me. Every evening at around 6 PM, a knowledgeable person serves to pour a particular wine or spirit along with a sampling of some kind of food to try. You may have doubles or triples of these treats. During the day, there is always a cake and other snack foods you can pick up in the lobby. Nothing is ever too much trouble, or done without a cheerful competence. It is no wonder that TripAdvisor rates the Corpo Santo the #1 hotel in Lisbon.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. They were available immediately at the slightest need for service. Restaurant was pf very good standard, bathroom was exceptional with changing light and music playing in bathtub area. Location was central with easy walk to restaurants and stores. Free wine, snacks, popcorn, and fruits added zest to the visit.

Pros: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and the concierge,Rachel,was wonderful She helped us put together a private tour with a driver, Abel. He showed us Sintra as well as many important sites in Lisbon. She also helped us with all of our questions and seemed really interesed in us. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the view from the 9th floor is amazing Our price, thanks you, was wonderful.

Pros: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Only negative was coffee /cupaccino. We love to walk and it was a climb back to hotel that we enjoyed,downhill into center I would defiantly come back!!

Pros: A friend and I stayed here for a night while on a long layover in Lisbon. The hotel had clean, comfortable, and gorgeous rooms with nice amenities and responsive staff. It's was close to both the airport and the Metro, so it was very easy to get around.

Pros: Upgraded for free to an amazing suite. You are right on a park near the university but could throw a ball over to the airport. Very comfortable! Free wifi. Paid parking though.

Pros: VERY convenient to the airport for a 5:30 a.m. flight. Walked out, got in taxi at 3:30 a.m. and off we went. Nice.

Pros: The hotel was first class in terms of comfort and facilities. Bathrooms was downright luxurious. Bed was big and firm. There actually is a metro stop about 150 yards away, so access to tourist areas was easier than expected.

Pros: the room was comfortably spacious, with a round table and chairs for eating or relaxing and a desk area for working. Everything was clean, modern and luxurious feeling. The staff was friendly and the person who arranged shuttle rides and opened the front door was able to provide me with needed information on local food and amenities. They had a shuttle service providing complementary rides to the airport every half hour for the first half of the day, and the gentleman diligently inquired if I would need a ride the following morning and included my name on the reservation list for the desired time. He also provided me with accurate information about how early I needed to arrive to have sufficient time to get through security for my flight.

Pros: The reservation staff was very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and I was allowed to check it at that time. My room was very spacious and include all the amenities that I needed. The hotel was very close to the airport and they offered free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Online check in, plus it asked it there were any special requests. I asked for 1 bed (2 adults) and a feather/down pillow.

Pros: The front desk and concierge staff were excellent!! The concierge worked hard to find us dinner reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Very, very good. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Taxis were always available and the staff, who spoke excellent English, helped make sure the drivers knew where we wanted to go. And when it rained the staff furnished us with umbrellas.

Pros: Good location near a metro stop With easy access to the city center, and close to the airport. The breakfast was the nicest Novotel breakfast I've had. Made to order omelettes and a variety of nice food. Clean rooms and a good rate for when we were there.
