Service
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: More Movies and TV shows
Pros: Crew was amazing
Cons: Really enjoy the travel with JAL
Pros: It was a great service overall!
Cons: flight didn't even happen
Pros: The seats were comfortable, the plane was empty so could move for comfort
Cons: The food was not very good, the airplane was empty, but assigned seats to fill rows while spouting nonsense about social distancing
Pros: great crew
Cons: better breakfast or snack before arrival
Pros: crew was amazing
Cons: nothing. amazing flight
Pros: The flight attendants are the most professional and attentive employees I've ever had the pleasure to be served by.
Cons: The movie selection could have been much better for such a long flight.
Pros: The seat was comfortable, the food was delicious and the aircraft was clean.
Cons: Boarding was awful. The staff definitely need better training at adapting with the Covid 19 situation. Especially, when it comes to unexpected occurrences regarding test certificates and sudden new regulations. Not everything is always black and white and not everyone has the same capacity to afford rebooking flights or re-testing. Treatment of foreigners in general at the LAX airport, on my flight at least, were unprofessional and inconsiderate. I generally like flying with Japan Airlines but after what I have seen and experienced personally I’m not so sure it is still one of my number one airlines to fly with anymore.
Pros: crew was excellent!
Cons: I received a scam ticket. I could not board and had to use another airline and flight website to find another ticket.
Pros: Crew was very attentive. Plane was clean.
Cons: Bigger water bottles?
Pros: The crew was amazing
Pros: Yes the airline co-operating so nice and staff were helpful. The seat was so comfortable.
Pros: Crew service was amazing - so diligent and courteous. They were incredibly well trained and I would rate their service level as being one of the most competitive within business class in Asia.
Cons: Seats were reasonably comfortable but not as spacious in design as in other business class cabins, so that could be a concern for some travelers. Also, I was not able to convert the main menu of the entertainment system to my preferred language so it was a bit difficult to navigate (that being said, they provided a card that guided me, so it was still usable, and the entertainment selection was good!).
Cons: JAL cabin attendants and people from customer center were very professional and nice
Cons: Flight crew not too interactive
Cons: American airlines, No entartainment, no hi hello from the crew, no food, not even water... Funny guys, why the have flight people inside the plane :) domestic airlines are always joke compared to the world domestic or overseas....
Cons: Needs more variety of movies
Cons: More variety of movies
Cons: Economy seat was very uncomfortable even though it reclined a lot. Was very disappointed I could not sleep on 12 hour flight. Arm rests too low? Shape of backrest was odd. Maybe provide a bigger pillow in addition to neck pillow to have something to rest arms on. Also tou need more movies. Singapore Airlines has many more options. Overall airplane, crew and food were very nice
Pros: Just excellent. Excellent crew, excellent food, excellent aircraft, and excellent leg room. No recommendations.
Pros: Every thing in airplane was wonderful. I would like to recommend this airline to my friends
Cons: You are best .
Pros: Economy was surprisingly comfortable. Boarding and deplaning were very quick.
Cons: Not a ton of movies to choose from. Enough, but less than most domestic US flights.
Pros: The seats in Economy are larger than normal airlines and had extra leg room. My partner is 6ft2in and he sat comfortable, even when the people in front reclined. The staff was so polite and helpful. I will definitely fly JAL again!
Cons: The food was a little bland, but that is nit picking. For airline food, it was very good.
Pros: I like how the crew made rounds hourly to provide drinks and ensure we are good! Also appreciated when they were able to accommodate last minute meal changes!!
Pros: The crew was definitely amazing. Extremely polite and always have a smile on :-)
Cons: Breakfast could have been better
