Reserved a car well in advance of my trip, called Hertz to confirm the day before trip, arrived 30 min before the location opened… not only did they not have a car for me, and not have a car for the 2 other customers who we there with me, they had ZERO CARS at this location. This was my first and last time trying Hertz.

When arrived to Hetrz branch the staff notified to me that doesn’t have car available and that my reservation wasn’t valid. Then I going to another renta car provider.

I had reserved a commercial van which was quite inexpensive and allowed me to comfortably get some mattresses and boxed furniture in ikea. They indicated they NEVER have commercial vans available so had to literally rent on the spot at higher cost. Looks like you need to update you’re info what is available at rental facilities. This is eco de time this happens at this location btw.
The ease of picking up and dropping off the car was great, My only reason for not giving an excellent on all of my ratings is that there was no inspection at the time of pickup to review any existing damage to the car (small chip in windshield, paint damage to the bumper) so I was worried as I noticed things along the way because I was afraid it was going to be blamed on me. The service light also popped on once I got to my destination and it indicated that it was 5k over the last service. I know these are typically just oil change reminders most of the time, however I was paranoid the whole time. I must add that the two gentlemen working there were both very kind and professional. I would use them again, but I would make sure to inspect the vehicle with them.

I wasted 90 dollars and 3 hours with round trip cab rides from the airport due to them not having a vehicle for me, despite having a reservation weeks in advance. I’ve never had an issue with budget in the past. Absolutely unacceptable to waste of a customers time and money.

The employee was 1-hour late to open the business which caused over a dozen people to be late/delayed. The employee offered no apology not any explanation. Rental car was dirty and smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.
I booked a car and was not told till I got there that they had no options in the grade of cars I selected so I could cancel my reservation or pay extra for a car from the sports car category. The sales associate was speaking to me like I was dumb and would not let up on how this was my fault since I booked the car that day. Terrible customer service

Car was late and had to be cleaned while we waited. It was a nice car though. We paid more because it was a one way.
