Pros: Car was nice, service was fine .
Cons: I didn't receive my email receipt. Now I have to call and get it. That takes time and hassle.

Pros: when they finally got to a customer, they were friendly. shuttle in St. Louis was efficient. Office was warm despite recent storm. The 4th person I spoke with on the phone did really try to help me.
Cons: Many people already waiting and no one at the desk- 3 couples had already been there over a half an hour to 40 minutes. No sense of urgency. They stated that there were only 2 of them but the second did not show up unitl several minutes later carrying his lunch. They would then need to leave the counter to check people into their car (gone again for several minutes). People returning car also had to wait in line though a few just came in and threw their keys on the counter (had already experienced this???). Ultimately, they gave me a car that had a speed lock out of 65 (could not be changed, did not tell me about it even though I had asked about any special features on the car at the counter - a Ford Eco sport) on interstates that are marked as 70mph. VERY UNSAFE. When I called to inquire about disabling or changing it, the person on the phone was snarky - "it's a safety feature ma'am". I tried to explain to her that I was now the safety issue since most cars were driving 10 or more mph faster than the car would go. The car also had volume control that could not be changed so podcasts were not loud enough to hear with all the road noise. Gas tank was NOT full nor did they mention that they even noticed it. When I returned the car in St. Louis, the attendant got snarky with me for pulling forward (wanted me to park 10 cars further back) even though there was ice on the ground, my 81 yo mother with 2 replaced hips was with me 2 replaced hips and a dog, multiple bags. Very glad to get rid of the car (POS) and be done with hertz - unlikely to use them again.

Pros: Drop off was super easy
Cons: There were 3 cars to choose from in my zone and all 3 smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was gross, I had to ride with the windows down all day (in the cold) just to be able to stand it.

Pros: Where we eventually was able to pick up the vehicle, the manager was extremely helpful.
Cons: We had the worst experience, with the one local office in Nashville on Charlotte Pike. They called and canceled on us twice saying that they couldn't honor the obligation, when I told them that it was their obligation to find us a vehicle I was told from a very rude employee that she felt she fulfilled her obligation when she called us to let us know that they were canceling our reservation. The disconnect between the reservation desk of Hertz and their inventory was horrible trying to find a vehicle at the last minute completely stressed me and my family out. Had it not been for the awesome manager at the Dickson Tennessee location we never would have gotten to the trip, we never would have been able to see my dad for his 94th birthday, or visiting with him making sure he was okay after his too many strokes..

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful, no hassles, easy pick up and drop off. (no airport pick up, will ha e to Uber, lift or taxi to location, they have a Hertz at airport, so no pick up at airport, this is NOT a complaint just a heads up to future renters) car was ok not 100% clean but i didn't care.
Cons: Not much other than cleaning the vehicles before renting them out. Prices are very good. Thank you

Pros: I did not like it at all. It was a total ripp-off. The voucher I had was for a week. They added additional fees and packages, adding it up to 660 $. Upon request, they did not respond. Absolute BS....
Cons: Service personal was totally untrained.

Pros: Staff was very kind!
Cons: Some renters had the issue of there not being a car at the pickup location they designated in Nashville, but that was due to them reserving the car <24 hours ahead of time and after working hours, so the system wasn't able to flag that they would have to pick up at another location.

Pros: I was pleased with the vehicle.
Cons: Everything. I wasn't aware that I would be getting an Uber drive back to the airport and this caused me to almost miss my flight. This should have been communicated. Overall, it was just a mess.
