Cons:I was not given an option to decline insurance coverage not needed or wanted. My reservation would not have been honored and they would have declined car rental. I had 8 pieces of luggage and 94 and 92 year olds with me. I had no choice but to accept very expensive insurance, not needed as my credit card covers it. Also, no car available on location for me and I had to wait a full hour for the car. I was lied to, being told it was being cleaned. I walked over to the cleaning bay to check and no caravan was there. I asked again and was told it was a few more minutes while they finished cleaning it. I confronted them and explained there was no car there and to give me an honest answer. They finally said it was coming from a different location. They still had to clean it when it arrived. Poor customer service and dishonest.Reviewed 28 Apr 2021

Pros:I did NOT like that I was not able to use the insurance I purchased through Kayak with this rental company. I WASTED MY MONEYCons:A whole lot. How about you don’t offer insurance when the rental company is not going to accept it, requiring you to purchase additional insurance.Reviewed 1 Oct 2019
