Pros:Nothing. I arrived with a confirmation number and was told there was not a car available for me. I was left on the side of the road with no transportation in a foreign countryCons:Everything! See statement above. I had confirmation and arrived to pick up only to be told no car was available. Literally stranded on the sidewalk in a foreign country with no transportation. Cons:The vehicle couldve been in better conditions. The driver’s seat was broken and the seats were dirty. Also, I reserved a Jetta and they gave me a Vento. They would not honor my reservation for the vehicle I reserved.Reviewed 2 Jan 2020

Cons:The whole experience was a mess! Ordered a Suburban, got a dated minivan. Took 2 hrs to prepare the car. People before us had waited 3 hrs. Most unorganized and disappointing experience with a rental I’ve ever had.Reviewed 20 Dec 2019
