Pros:The employees were nice and wanted to accommodate my needs.Cons:My vehicle was not ready when I arrived, they were sanitizing it. Then they didn't have the class of car that I had made my reservation for and it wasn't available at any other location in town. They even called and confirmed it the day before.Reviewed 10 Aug 2020

Pros:Nothing. The staff at Enterprise in Springfield was extremely unhelpful. I was never even able to rent a car, and had to refund the insurance I paid for.Cons:When I showed up to Enterprise, they told me they had no cars available (despite my reservation). They left me stranded for 2 days as I awaited a car. I’ve never been so upset, angry, disappointed with a company. Ever. I’m a traveler from abroad so I was left abandoned because of their lack of prep.Reviewed 11 Aug 2019

Pros:really a pleasant experience for me. nicole stayed over an extra 10 min for my pickup. easy access. and quick pickup and drop off. hope i find more cheap rentals at this place so that i wont have to drive to the airport location..Reviewed 4 Oct 2017

Pros:Terrible service -car was booked through app at the appropriate city but kayak did not note which site. My assumption was that it was at the airport, not knowing there was a Seco d pickup spot in the downtown area. First enterprise rep said she would change it. She never did. I called back and got another rep. She changed the reservation to a completely different city. Once the reservation came through, I gave up and cancelled all together. Pros:The car was niceCons:I didn't like that I booked it via online for $144. Paid for the insurance option, but when I got to the place to pick up the vehicle he said he had no idea what the insurance policy was, it wasnt through them, and I had to buy a separate one. Then when I was checking my credit card statement they had changed me $407 versus my $144 total given online. We did add an additional driver and I knew that would up the cost a little but even adding the insurance at the car place my total should have been $300 max. I'll never rent a car again.Reviewed 15 Nov 2016
