Car pickup and drop-off was easy. However, the car smelled like marijauna, which made my mother and sister feel sick. The smell was overwhelming. I’m not sure how a car with that smell could have been offered.Reviewed 20 Jan 2023

My pickup was horrible. I had to deal with the rudest, meanest, horrible person I have ever met. I am 70 years old and I was spoken to with such disrespect it was unbelievable. I actually dreaded turning in the car because I might be dealing with the same person. Thank God I had a very kind person when I did my return. I can not understand why Enterprize would ever employ a person with such bad social skills. The car I rented was toyota and the seats were uncomfortable both me and my passenger had back aches when we got home. Also a maintenance message popped up and scared me. I didn't know if the car was going to break down. They need to improve on the cruise control features and the light dimming features. It was fairly good on gas and had room enough for our luggage. If i have to rent a car in the future I will not go thru enterprize unless I can be guaranteed I wouldn't have to deal with the woman that checked me in again.Reviewed 11 Sep 2021

Pros:Airport staff was wonderful it was quick easy in and easy out for pickup and drop off. The vehicle itself had all the creature comforts including phone accessibility which helped with the long ride Bluetooth features for the phone etc.Cons:The only thing that could have been better was something a little closer to home but even the 25 minute ride to get the vehicle wasn't terrible.Reviewed 2 Jun 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. On top of all that, one of the tires had a significant leak and I had to put air in it several times. Very bad experience.Reviewed 30 Dec 2020
