Pros:Staff was great, Pickup was flawless. Vehicle was perfectCons:It would have been nice if the branch we used was open later so we could physically hand the rental back in. We had to drop it off and leave keys in a drop box. Minor issue, though.Reviewed 25 Apr 2021

Pros:The car was comfortable and easy to driveCons:Booked the car online, but when I arrived to pick my car up, the staff said there were no cars available. Had to wait over an hour for a car. The car also reeked of cigarette smoke. Vincent was friendly, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about the customers. Cons:Arrived to pick up the car and they “are out of cars”. Had reservation for over 10 days. No one tried to notify me that the car was unavailable. I was not offered an alternative and was not given any apology! Was simply told it’s the “virus” and there’s nothing they could do. I was 3rd in line for pickup that day and the people in front of me did not get rentals that day either. I will NEVER use Enterprise again!Reviewed 29 Jun 2020
