Although pick up was slow because they seemed extremely understaffed. There were a lot of customers with booked cars but only two employees . Thankfully the two that were available tried very hard to make everybody happy. The car was great and return was smooth.Reviewed 12 Sep 2023

Pickup and drop off were swift. No major problems with the car, however there was a bad smell in the vehicle. We had to buy an air freshener to get rid of it. We told the management upon arrival and they did give us a discount on our reservation.Reviewed 20 Aug 2023

They gave our vehicle away. The serviceman was rude and refused to help find another vehicle for my family. Other enterprise locations say they aren’t allowed to do so. A complaint will be made.Reviewed 8 Mar 2022

Pros:Very Nice Car. Staff at Dorval was very professional friendly and helpsul. With out a doubt this was the best caar rental experience I have had in the past k50 years. Up grade was appreciated.
