Pros:Pick up and drop off were easy for an off site airport location. The car was in very good shape.Cons:Many hidden fees. The total was more than double the original quote price. During paperwork I had even asked what the new price would be with the mandatory insurance, and I was told the quote plus the insurance which was a price far less than what I ended up being charged. If you rent from them, demand an invoice in advance so you know exactly what you'll be paying. I personally would not rent from them again.Reviewed 12 Nov 2019

Cons:I specifically made my reservation two weeks in advance because I needed a minivan, however when I arrived to EZ Rent a Car, there were none available, and no reasonable accommodations or compensation was offered. They didn't seem to care, at all. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with EZ Rent a Car again.Reviewed 5 Nov 2019

Pros:Nothing to like there . Dirty place, extremely difficult to find, unethical people running the car rental. Cheaters with charging my American Express way much more money than the $ you showed me on your site. Diffidently do not represent ethical professional agreement to thier price listed on KAYAKCons:THE WHOLE STORE / SITE SHOLUD BE CLOSED OR CHANGE MANAGEMENT. Nothing to like there . Pros:Nothing. This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. They did not have the car (minivan) that I reserved. Worse yet, the person at the counter (bald guy) was shockingly rude and started yelling at me. I've never seen or experienced anything like this before and hopefully never again.Cons:Worst experience ever. Please use one of other rental companies across YUL. EZ is fly-by-night operation off-airport. Have to call for shuttle (waited for 30 mins). Didn't have car I reserved. Service was extremely rude, arguing that he didn't know b/c "computer was down," and yelling at me.Reviewed 30 Sep 2019

Pros:Yes, they dropped us in the airport immediately after we arrived there, in the same rented car.Cons:Pickup from airport- you cannot walk to this car rental from airport, you need to call them and get the shuttle sent to you. This was not clear and the phone number to call was not provided when booking.Reviewed 4 Sep 2019

Pros:Was unable to rent the car so I liked nothingCons:It would be better if Kayak only made bookings for hours when the rental car agency is open. I made the reservation to pick the car up at 6pm, but the agency closes on Saturdays at 4pm.Reviewed 5 Aug 2019
