Cons: The rooms facing the street are very noisy since it is situated above a bar. People are partying until 4 am so that we couldn't sleep. After, around 6 am, the truck collecting the empty bottles woke us up again. Around 7am, there was noise caused by the delivery of new drinks. The hotel is overpriced regarding the sleepless nights you risk to have.

Pros: The apartment is located at the City Hall (Am Rathaus) which is the heart of the city. You are surrounded by restaurants, entertainment, shops and beautiful scenery, and within easy walking distance from the downtown area and the main train station. You couldn't ask for a better location in Dusseldorf and the apartment wasn't noisy despite its location. The place was clean and comfortable and has air conditioning. A mini fridge and coffee makers are provided.

You couldn't ask for a better location in Dusseldorf and the apartment wasn't noisy despite its location. The place was clean and comfortable and has air conditioning. A mini fridge and coffee makers are provided.
Cons: It's not a hotel so there is no staff for you to interact with although you do get maid service at least every other day, or more.

Cons: Had to cancel my stay. No one at the check in desk at 3:30pm, when phoned woman said that they don't have my booking although I had regular booking with Expedia. Then gave me the code for the room key and said that as I'm the only guest tonight won't have a breakfast in the morning! A I've paid for that! Entered the room but it was all messy, uncleaned toilet and dirty sheets. Requested another room an I took her another 10min to find which room is clean. Gave me another key but when entered the room, two dirty towels in the sink, one on the floor! Nothing to take a clean after the shower. That was really frustrating and I requested immediate cancellation as this is really not acceptable and absolutely no one from the staff in the "hotel".

Cons: Room is very small and not clean. Room was only with Share toilet. Water drainage is not running well.

Cons: Stayed in the Hotel Alt (which is where we checked in after 9). Seemed a good idea. Area has bars about and very noisy with revellers and when they go home the deliveries and bin men seem to follow on. I'd had a couple of beers so not so got to sleep but was woken early. Bathroom was not clean. Breakfast staff a bit offish.
