Cons: - Never known a hotel that refuse to give me an itemised invoice. - When I asked help in booking a restaurant I was told that I can call them myself because they should speak English. - Information folder with missing pages and outdated information

Cons: I've stayed at this hotel for over 10 years. Every year the cleaning staff is getting worse and worse.

Cons: When I got there they informed me that there would be an up charge because the room they had for me did not accommodate the number of people on my reservation. Am still trying to figure out if I paid twice for the room There is also no concierge and the staff is not overly friendly. However, they are very competent and pointed us in the right direction to get the information we needed.

Cons: Wish they could give me a discounted parking fee. The shower is weak a little bit.

Cons: Our room was not very clean. Our pillow and sheets both had dried blood on them.

Cons: The hotel is old. The main issue that disrupted my stay was the lack of Air Conditioner. This hotel has four Stars, I never imagined that with such high rating would be lacking something so standard. I stayed on July 3 rd, on a top floor. We opened all the windows, including some in the roof, which helped a little, but being in Summer, it rained in the middle of the night and water started to fall on top of our beds. The other issue was that the shower hose was clogged, even though there was lots of pressure in the pipes bearly any would come out. Not a very pleasant stay for a four star hotel.
