Pros: Everything was great, friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. I enjoyed the gym as well, it has a wide range of equipment comparing to what we used to get in hotels. I really recommend Linder Congress Hotel.

Cons: I didn't know there were huge building works going on outside the hotel. it started early each morning which I could hear from my room which wasn't so good. I am disappointed that this wasn't made clear when I booked

Cons: Guests have been too loud too late for the third time so I will not be staying there again. Isolation of the room is nog good and the other guests tend to be too loud not caring about other guests early in the morning hours.

Only complaint is they offer free shuttle service from airport which I requested by email and they forgot to pick us up. We spent 1/2 hr looking for them and then took a cab at our own expense. I complained at reception and they covered the cost of cab. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Everything and i mean everything was under par to what i expected from the price and previous name. Maybe due to contracts renegotiation during the ownership change? No WiFi, have a backup plan if you need to use an internet connection.
