the staff was amazing and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great at this value... check in was a bit strange and it’s advisable to write in advance and request lower floors otherwise too many steps

Very much enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast, handy checkin and clean and spacious rooms. Would certainly book again when in Düsseldorf or required to be near Cologne again. Perfect for Gamescom!
