Pros: Service was top notch. Rooms were spacious. Amenities were great such as the restaurant and 24 hour gym. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner and bath salts. Loved the rooftop bar. Beautiful view, drinks were tasty, and the steak and frites were delicious.

Pros: Great location and nice rooms
Cons: The food was only OK for the price (I got a sandwich that had barely any meat in it and too much bread!). Also, someone got sick in the elevator and it took a while before it was cleaned. Tried to call an elevator and kept getting the one with the mess. Eventually had to take stairs.

Cons: Front desk said that she was giving us a complementary upgraded room .We asked her twice , if this was a quiet location ? This room overlooked an extremely loud bar . Daytime,constant loud Street construction. Also the hotel Car was not working.

Cons: It was very unfortunate our room lacked curtains/shades able to block the bright lights across the street/railroad tracks. This led to a lot of light in the room at night and difficulty getting restful sleep. I can't recommend this hotel for this reason.

Cons: A big part of why we stayed there was the free omelet bar with breakfast. Breakfast was served until 10, however when we arrived at 9:20 we were told there would be no more omelette orders taken because of the amount left to do. Very disappointing.

Cons: The hotel smells of chemical all the time, even inside the rooms. I think it is so that the bacteria from the animals that the guests carry do not stay there. I had no knowledge that in this hotel they asked to bring animals, I found out when I saw a couple with their dog come out of the elevator. In any case, the smell is unpleasant. The pillowcases, sheets and the duvet are very damaged, they look old and damaged. Very simple breakfast.

Pros: I actually love everything about this hotel. I loved the view, the size of the room, it just gave off a home away from home vibe & the convenience to everything.
Cons: The only bad thing was the amount of time I had to wait on the valet to bring me my car because the guy put my ticket in his pocket and forgot about it, when I spoke with the front desk they did accommodate me for having to wait so long.
