Pros: We stayed at The Ballatyne for a girls weekend and for a massage experience, it was amazing! The hotel was spectacular from the location, to the views, the friendly staff, beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom in our room was a dream! The spa was equally as amazing! We also ate at the restaurant onsite, we ordered brunch and it was to die for!

Pros: It was very quiet, and near a lot of great restaurants. The spa is incredible! I surprised my wife with a trip here for her birthday, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was gorgeous. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I normally wouldn’t include a bathroom in a review, but the bathroom in the room was very nice. Nice sized soaking tub, big shower and beautiful marble floors.

Cons: I did not like how the spa was not available to guests unless they paid for additional services. This limited access to the pool. However, the hotel was excellent and this was just a trivial issue. It was perhaps one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Cons: Coffee was not the best and breakfast was terrible. No juice, only coffee, apples were the only fruit, they had dried up Canadian bacon and over cooked eggs ( and nothing else). We ended up getting one tiny waffle and then went somewhere else for breakfast. We also didn’t use the pool so it would have cost us a lot less if we had gotten a hotel without one.

Cons: The toilet in our room would flush effectively so we couldn't user it. The hotel was unable to get maintenance to fix it till after we checked out. Since we booked our hotel through kayak, the hotel stars they could refund our stay our discount the price, which they wanted to do. So they tried to make it right with our choice of items from the snack area. I would have preferred a monetary reimbursement.

Pros: We were scrambling after our AC blew and the technician said we wouldn’t have any relief for a week. The Staybridge saved our skins. Initially, there were some small hiccups with the room that Lydia attended to right away. We brought our dog with us, and Paul asked to meet him and gave him complimentary treats. The rooms are cool and there’s a small kitchenette and a fridge, which combined with the microwave and stove is convenient for preparing quick meals if you don’t want to go out to eat all the time. The staff were very accommodating, and my shy guy appreciated the attention. There’s a pool and 24 hour fitness center which makes it ideal to keep up with fitness needs while you have to be away. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with family.

Cons: Over charges a pet fee and doesn’t say on booking.com how much best to call! The room was very moldy and sprayed with heavy perfumed air freshener. Room was dusty and dirty with dirty finger marks everywhere. Only had one fork to eat in kitchen and the toilet paper was almost gone with no additional roll. No facial tissues either. I spent a half our wiring everything down with disinfectant! Didn’t sleep much since the smell gave me a headache and flared my allergies up! Staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t seem to care. First hotel we’ve stayed at that said we can’t walk dogs through lobby...clearly hates dogs!

Cons: The receptionist at the front desk was not friendly. The room that we stayed in wasn't as clean as I would have liked. We found mold in the shower. For breakfast, I got some fruit and it tasted like soap, the eggs were a very strange texture. At least they're cleaning something...

Cons: they got the reservation wrong they gave us a small room for 5 people and they couldn't change it because they were already full and I booked this way in advance and I put down that there were five people going to be there then they brought up a rollaway bed and the guy from housekeeping the product up wouldn't help us move the furniture around to get the bed to even fit into the room so no I was very displeased with them I've stayed at a lot of motels and I've never had this kind of problem so I will not be staying out of Marriott again
