Pros (+) This hotel really is at the heart of the city. It is very convenient to get around if you are traveling for business or just want to stay in Uptown. The staff is very kind and frequently gave me suggestions and helped me arrange transportation at the last minute to the airport. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice.
Cons (-) The pool area was not cleaned as often as it should have been. Towels and wrappers were left for a few days on the tables and chairs. Because of the pandemic situation, they are only serving a few breakfast items at the cafe that were pricey for what you got. Parking is also $28 a day for guests.
