Cons: The valet morning staff was very rude, didn't explain anything to me. Took my keys asked me my name and left with the car. I didn't even get to get my bags out of the car. Guest attendant had to tell him to bring my car back so i could unpack the trunk. Rude the entire weekend. Checked into the room to find blood on the bed. Housekeeping manager Frances came to check and she said yes that's blood and these mirrors didn't get cleaned. She sent the lady back up to clean the room. The lady was upset and started arguing with us. Very unprofessional, ive been treated better at hotels.

Pros: The wedding I attended was very organized. The food was great. The ambience was very inviting. It was a beautiful event. When I explained to the receptionist the issue I had with my room, she was very empathetic and I appreciated her reaction.
Cons: The bathroom toilet in my hotel room was borderline stopped up. I was not aware of it until early morning (4am) and I was not going to call someone to come to the room that time of the morning. Also once I had check out, the valet parking attendant acted as though he could not find the key for my car. I had to go to the box and find it myself. I realized the attendant who valet parked my car initially did not give me a ticket to reclaim my car. Maybe that overall experience would have been differently if I had booked through the wedding party, however that should not make a difference.

Cons: I was there for a three day event and there were several other events going on at the same time. The event rooms were difficult to navigate even with the signage. Also the valet parking staff was overwhelmed by the volume of cars and needed to better direct traffic around the entry.

Pros: We were there as part of a wedding party. Service and attentiveness of staff was impeccable. The staff went well beyond the call of duty to accommodate all of the guests in our party. There were a number of situations where extra help was needed and they helped with smiles. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Charlotte. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good, wonderful bartender and again, the staff were incredible!

Pros: We were there as part of a wedding party. Service and attentiveness of staff was impeccable. The staff went well beyond the call of duty to accommodate all of the guests in our party. There were a number of situations where extra help was needed and they helped with smiles. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Charlotte. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good, wonderful bartender and again, the staff were incredible!

Shuttle is not available at request, timing made me miss my flight, being unfamiliar with Charlotte, I took their word for it that I would make my flight, as they assured me!....I should've Ubered! My mistake.

Cons: We arrived Friday afternoon for a football game & chose this hotel because it was within distance of the stadium. There was also a large event downtown that same weekend and the streets were PACKED. We couldn't get into the hotel parking deck because of the traffic pattern, so we had to drive around to find a place to park near the stadium, ($20) then move the car after the game and park at the hotel ($20). There's got to be a better was to handle that or give advance notice that we'd have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot. The fold out bed mattress was heavily stained so we called management to have it exchanged. They did so we appreciate that.
